I am 4:10 and thought I would wear a small/med. But I was wrong. This was very tight on me. And I tend to be super sensitive to lots of things. My skin did break out in a rash. So I found I could not wear this. I will look for a basic knee support without any extra features. Sorry it did not work out for me.

Very good product, I recommend it. I put it on and the pain went away immediately.

It stays in place very light weight has a lot of support it reliefs pain slightly but not as much because I was using it during football practice it works very good though
