I have baked 2 of the recipes so far and the instructions are clear. This is a lovely book with some absolutely fantastic recipes. Lots of tips and tricks and advice. Worth the $ to add to your cookbook collection. I bought all of her cookbooks after this one and am satisfied with my purchases.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. It is a really fun baking cookbook with a wide variety of cookie recipes, from classic favorites to more creative treats, plus brownies and bars mixed in. It feels like the kind of book that keeps you coming back to try something new instead of just making the same recipe over and over. The recipes are easy to follow and approachable, which makes it great for someone who enjoys baking but does not necessarily want anything overly complicated. Overall, it was a great gift and she was really excited about it. Definitely a win for any cookie lover or home baker.

This is a great book! Almost every recipe I have tried is amazing. The snicker-doodles and brownie cookies have been my favorite. The coconut macaroons didn’t turn out great but that may have been user error. Truly a great book with lots of different types of recipes!

Purchased this book last year and finally got around to using it. We had an abundance of fresh grapes this summer so we decided to make our own raisins. And now we have an abundance of raisins and decided to start trying out cookie recipes for my Christmas baking. Decided on Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. The recipe from this book was super easy and simple to follow. I followed the recipe exactly as written except for two things. 1. I used 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 of vanilla bean paste 2. I refrigerated the cookie dough overnight and baked the next day. Baked cookies 15 mins and this resulted in a crispy edge and chewy center. Baked last batch 12 mins and this resulted in less crisp edge but a nice chewy cookie. I will bake both ways since my family likes both. So far I really like this book.

I have fallen in love with this little cookie cook book. I originally purchased it for my son’s girlfriend as a gift, but was so impressed with the variety of recipes while flipping through it, I decided to get one for my own collection as well. Once I actually started baking, any of the expectations I had were blown out of the water. These recipes are so finely tuned and well tested, everything you bake comes out picture perfect and devine. While some recipes might require extra steps, none of them are actually difficult or too time consuming, the doughs are easy to work with, the equipment and ingredients necessary are basic or easy to acquire. Whether you’re new to baking or a seasoned vet in kitchen, there is something in this cookbook for you. The recipes range from classics to sophisticated flavors with a twist as well as a variety of accoutrements and fillings to couple with your cookies. I highly recommend this book and imagine I will be back in the future to purchase more as gifts in the future.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter in law who loves to bake. It's a nice quality book, well written with great pictures.

This book has the best cookie recipes! Every single one has been a hit. They look complicated at first, but are really simple. We use Bob's Red Mill egg replacer due to an egg allergy and they are all great. A favorite has been the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies - we almost always have the ingredients in our pantry and I whipped up a quick batch after traveling, to bring to book club that night. Everyone was asking for the recipe!

I’m new to baking and holy cow these recipes are insanely delicious!! I love how easy the instructions are, how detailed everything is. My favorite so far has been the cinnamon roll brownies with snickerdoodles a close second!

LOVE IT. Good recipes, good stories and fair dose of human experiences. In love with it. In the other hand it has a really good quality and is, for real, a beautiful book.
