Poorly made. I believe the press I received was a returned item. The bag holding the disk was torn. There was a disk, (incorrectly) already in the press, I had to use a pair of pliers to get it out. I still was willing to give the press a shot since I wanted to make the cookies. I press lever snapped or something after 1 row of cookies. Plus the top band of the press had a piece of metal sticking out of it that I was afraid I was going to cut my hand on. So disappoint in this cheap product.

I'm not sure why other reviews seemed to struggle with assembling/using it. It's pretty straight forward and easy to use. The issue is it is very cheap. Straight out of the box the metal is soft that it bent on its first use and was unable to function as a result of the teeth not being able to engage. Do not buy.

Love it. Easier on the hands than my older ones. Made baking so much easier. I used it a lot and it’s still holding up to the volume.

At first this was so confusing to figure out how to use it. The directions weren’t very clear, but after a bit of playing around with it I was able to use them. Your dough needs to be a specific consistency or it won’t work. It’s not the easiest to clean, but does the job for what I needed it for.

I bought my Cookie Press Maker on 2021, And I haven't had a chance to use it till today. Unfortunately, it is under my expectations 1- the quality is bad 2. the cookie discs are smaller than the cylinder which causes the dough to come out from the side of the cylinder ( see picture) 3. the discs are very thin which makes them bent when pushing the dough out. 4. I think it is made of Alimunium, not stainless steel as mentioned because there is some black color comes out on my vanilla dough. Generally, it is very bad quality when I compared it to the one I had previously that I used for over 20 years. I don't recommend anyone to buy it

Shipped fast easy to use, worked well, better than plastic ones and easy clean up.

very disappointing, after 10 cookies the pin holding the handle broke. then we noticed that all the cookies had a gray shade to them from the metal. there is a thickness gauge that did not really work for us. sure easy to clean but it leaves metal traces even after a soap water bath. Going back to the plastic model. I was hoping for more. The idea behind the position of the handle was great but the over quality is not there.

Nice but a bit too fragile !

Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations at all. It was difficult to cut off the cookies onto the cookie sheet. In fact I could not get dough to release from the tube. It was discoloring the cookie dough from the quality of the tube. One of the rivets on the pump handle broke within minutes of trying to press out the cookie dough. I have returned this product for refund.
