Easy to swallow
These have been working out great because they are a capsule and easier to swallow. I used to think zinc only came in tablets and I had such a difficult time swallowing them. I would constantly choke and end up coughing it up. I eventually stopped taking zinc. When I learned that they were offered in a capsule I searched for them. I found a few others but they were very expensive. I came across these and the price was good so I decided to give them a try. So far so good and I am glad they are easy to swallow

Use by taste, does it taste good or bad today
I like taking the liquid form of zinc because I know if it tastes good in my glass of water that means I need it today and if it tastes bad then that means I don’t need it today. Absolutely no guesswork.
