May not need to purchase the entire assembly
The plastic insert that holds the pole light fits into the Chrome fixture of older versions of the "Attwood" pole light assemblies. No need to purchase the entire assembly if the insert is available and the older fixture is in good shape. The hole pattern may be different on the new chrome fixture/assembly but if only the insert is broken, you could just replace the insert.

Perfect Kit for Installing a Stern Light into your Boat
This little kit is the perfect thing if you need to replace both your socket and light pole, or if you are installing one for the first time. The socket itself is solid and will definitely stand up to the test of time and the light pole is just your standard light pole made of aluminum. Definitely a good price for the pair of products I needed.
