Great product, cat not interested so far
I bought the Super speed track and the Wave track, thinking two things. They must be different in some way, and this would help with all the reviews saying the ball dies fast. So, first...misconception. The ball is juts a plastic ball. It's not a motion sensor ball, so that's a disappointment. Now I have 2 balls that have to be manually moved. My cat isn't very motivated unless something moves, so needless to say I'm the only one who had played with this so far while showing him what to do. Second, both tracks are the same, except the super speed track has 4 more pieces. I attached them together and it looks super fun, but nothing from Bryan, my cat. It's very sturdy and stable, took less than 2 minutes to put it together, and looks great. I sprinkled catnip in the balls and track, but nothing yet. I'll see if anything changes after 3 weeks. If not, it's going back lol. Good product though!

Great for fat paws too!
Well the jury's still out on the both cats' approval, but for the few minutes one of them played with it, he really liked it! Also, the most exciting thing for me was that his fat paws fit in the holes, even when he jammed them in there quickly. The cat in my picture is the one who did the paw test. And as he is showing, it's great to lounge on after play time ends haha Also, per another reviewers suggestion, I bought some ping pong balls to use in it instead of the original ball. These things fit perfect and move so easily through the tube tracks, they can also be squished in the openings so you don't have to detach anything to insert them. Also, I have some other ball toys that have the bell inside, or little rattle balls, these fit just as easily. The reasoning behind the alternative balls is because I wanted to be sure the cats could move the balls easily with their fat paws. I knew they might not be able to create as much momentum if their paws had trouble accessing the tracks. Even though their paws fit, I'm still glad I bought them, because they go really far, even if they're just brushed on one of the outside tube holes. This is a quality product, and fits together easily. No assembly instructions are included, but it's totally manageable. If you can use Legos, you can put this together. If you can't figure out Legos, you shouldn't own a cat. The tracks are sturdy enough to be taken apart a few times, because I needed to do this while setting it up for the shape I wanted, and mine was used, and it still locked together tightly. I would recommend laying out the pieces in the shape you want first, then assembling it. I was so darn excited I just started throwing pieces together and had to re-do some sections a couple times. I would definitely buy this again, it's awesome, and at this point, I think I'm more impressed with it than the cats lol!

Cat Not Interested
I only took away a star because it's difficult to remove the covers, and my cat was not interested. It's very well-made & sturdy, but my 11mo old, who is probably close to 12lbs now, had a hard time getting his paw in the hole covers to move the ball, so I removed most of the covers, but still no interest. Several reviews mentioned that it came apart easily during play, but I did not find that to be true at all - if it's put together properly, it's not easy to take apart. The cover tabs lock, but the unlocking is a chore requiring a flat head screwdriver to hold the tabs back underneath the track so you can take them apart. When disassembling the track, unloosen one side of the track so you can slide the other side up to pull apart, so you don't damage the tabs. It's a good product if you have the space & it holds your cat's interest.

Arrived broken, but once assembled (with tape to keep it together) the cats love it.
I bought this Amazon Refurbished, but it still arrived with two of the tabs (the ones that slide the top parts into the bottoms and keep the pieces together) broken off. One tab was loose in the box and one was missing altogether, suggesting the item had been mailed/packed in its broken state. Of course it was the LAST piece I put on, after 20 minutes of putting it together, and I at that point wasn't going to take it apart and send it back for another one because my three cats were already very interested in it. After a few minutes I realized that the cats were able to pop the ball out due to the green piece with the missing tabs, so I taped down that unsecured piece with packaging tape and now it seems like the ball can't escape. The cats love it.

Fantastic! Worth the money for my kitten!
I’ve had this produce for all of about 2hrs but already can write a raving positive review. Please see photos for context plus an adorable, pleased kitten. (1) The product is as described, with all pieces, and came in an adorable box with a cutout suggestion for turning it into a toy itself. (2) The product has high quality pieces that feel sturdy and able to take both regular batterings as well as occasional cleaning. (3) The green top pieces are removable for cleaning. (4) The end-cap piece slope was a smart design choice for encouraging play. (5) Comes with enough pieces to make a “track circuit” as well as a “circle circuit”. (6) The “circle circuit” perfectly fits a replacement corrugated cardboard piece meant for my non-Senses Catit product. (7) The circle circuit also fits at the base of my Catit Vesper cat tree perfectly. (8) The ball that comes with this is bigger than the light-up balls and is a perfect fit for the non-Senses piece I mentioned before (shown in a photo with the ball from this + the one it came with). I put the ball in that toy for my older cat, because the light-up balls are instant kitten magnets. (9) The light-up balls fit perfectly and are great. The cheaper green ones (2pk) and more expensive red one (single) mix well because both light up red. I used my extra green one to extend a cat tree toy. If you have a kitten or really playful/observant cat you’d be fine with just the green ones for the track probably. (10) I was worried about the raised curve pieces being problematic and a waste of money... but they are great and add to the product undoubtedly! In short, this product is worth the money. If you are considering it for a young kitten or a cat you know likes to play with moving balls, I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I did not receive a discounted product in exchange for this review. I paid full price for all of my Catit products, and independently chose to write this review.

It’s a win for my cats!
My cats absolutely love the Catit Senses 2.0 Play Circuit Interactive Cat Toy! I have five cats ranging from 2–9 years old, and every single one of them plays with it on and off throughout the day. My very playful 2-year-old, who usually wants to play fetch nonstop, has finally found something that scratches that itch a bit. Now we play fetch for only half the day while he spends the other half chasing the ball through the circuit! I ended up buying two different sets and connecting them so there would be plenty of room for everyone, but honestly they’re so cute about it. They take turns, watch each other play, and seem genuinely entertained. It’s become my new favorite “show.” I’ve been watching them play more than I watch TV! Highly recommend this toy for multi-cat households or any cat who needs extra enrichment. It’s a hit in my home!

Never buying CATIT products again Waste of time and money
May 17, 2025 It's 10 days since they received my returns. Status today is REFUND DELAYED and they expect I should receive my refund on May 26. No mention of why my refund is delayed. No way to communicate with seller. 3 weeks to issue a refund? I deleted my comments about the track itself, ($27.10) which my cat did not play with until I put the lighted balls ($15.25) in the track. Both pieces cost me $42.35 total. The first day he played with the balls they both cracked open. I decided the track is too difficult to set up and to take apart and the little tabs that hold the track & cover together would probably break off quickly. I sent both the track and balls back. The items had to be sent back separately; the track was to be sent back via UPS and the balls had to be sent back through the post office. The cost would be taken out of my refund! I requested a return on April 29, 2025. The company received both items May 7th. Originally I was promised a refund May 15th. Today all they say is "Refund Delayed" and they're "working on it." Yesterday they promised the refund by the 17th. Today their little refund status graph goes up to May 25th. Any status says they'll refund me $33.51; a cost of $8.84 to return. What is the delay in refunding my money? They keep promising a refund but the date keeps being pushed back further. This company's refund policies make it reasonable for me to never purchase from them again. Everything they sell can be found by other manufacturers and I will do that in the future. They have had both items for 10 days. The track was returned with no damage. What is the delay?

Nice quality, poor design - kittens got frustrated.
Sadly, this did not work out for my kitties. The construction is good and the way it fits together is nice and it stays secure. In that aspect it is a good product, I liked the quality of it. The problem lies in the design for the fact that the track is nearly 80% covered and my cats get frustrated that they can't get to the ball. I removed many of the green covers so they could actually touch/push/paw at it, but then the ball falls right out of the track. The holes in the covers either need to be much larger or the covers themselves need to be much shorter in length to allow larger spaces between the covers. I'm not sure how a full-grown cat with large paws would be able to play with this (thinking Maine Coon or Ragdoll). My cats are 6-month-old kittens, so they don't have large paws, but they got frustrated very quickly because the really couldn't access the ball. I even tried the separate "Fireball" that CatIt makes that flashes. They really liked that, but again, couldn't get to the ball so they just walked away and played with their Bergan Catnip Hurricane Cat Toy instead. That one is much more open and they can get to the ball from any position/direction, and the balls do not fall out of the track. I would consider this product again if they did a major redesign on the covers to allow better access to the ball or made a version that was more open with a tapered track to prevent the ball from just falling off the track.
