Excellent multi-vitamin. First and foremost, a serving size is just one soft pill capsule. Extremely easy to swallow. No need to take 2-4 horse pills likemany other manufacturers. That’s one thing that I find to be quite common across most of Steel Supplements product line. Small servings with consistently potent results.They have many more supplements on their site, as opposed to their Amazon Store too.I’ve gone through 4 bottles and I’ve never experienced any negative side effects. The same goes for all of their other products that I use.

I can't say for certain that I am getting what I need out of this product but it can't hurt to take 1 capsule once per day. STEEL has some excellent supplements so why not buy their multivitamin.
