TRIPPED Travel Gear Compression Packing Cubes for Carry-On Travel 6-Pack

I purchased this when the company and product were fairly new to Amazon and had low reviews, so I decided to roll the dice and try these compression packs out. It was the best decision I ever made. I bought this for an overseas trip to a country in the Mediterranean and I've travelled to several countries since then. These have been through everything from flight delays/cancelled flights, typhoons/monsoons, deserts/beaches/forests. It has handled a lot of wear and tear, and I'm surprised they've held up for so long. Whenever these wear out, I'll be sure to make a repurchase for future adventures. Would highly recommend to backpackers/frequent travelers. Best bang for your buck in my honest opinion.

I read the travel blogs saying that you must have packaging cubes. After research I selected these for their zipper compression design and quality. Wow was I overwhelmed by how much this product made repackaging on a trip so easy. My husband was very resistant because he wants to see all of his wardrobe before choosing for the day. He is an avid supporter now. Here’s how we did it. Traveling to Scotland for several weeks. I bought 2 in green (his) and 2 in white (hers). Rather than having a his and hers luggage, I packed each luggage with his and her cubes. I put various options in the large cubes (tees, long sleeve shirt, rugby style and sweater). I did not pack jeans in cubes. The best was putting socks and underwear in the small cube and cube tube. We used that 1 bag to go into hotels during tge 1st week of hotel stays. Then we switched bags and used the second luggage with his/her cubes for the second week. Anything unworn from week 1 was transferred into an empty cube to the 2nd week luggage. By the time the dirty laundry bag was full, I repacked dirty clothes into empty cubes. Repacking dirty and clean clothes as we switched hotels was a breeze. The clothes stayed neat and wrinkle free because of the cube compression zippers. I don’t care how careful you pack using folding techniques, this packing cube system is way better. Enter a hotel and pull out 1 of each size (outerwear, underwear, sleepwear, and socks) and you are set. The luggage packing isn’t destroyed. Love it!!

Be gentle on the zippers but sturdy overall

I've used these for a little over a year now and boy o boy are they just the little engine that could. Let me illustrate in 3 ways- #1 I just got back from a trip around the Pacific northwest and packed to my little hearts delight. In retrospect maybe a bit too much. I really, I mean REALLY, put these cubes to the test. I shoved them so full of clothes that there was NO WAY it would close, let alone compress without popping a stitch or the zipper failing. Happy to report they performed marvelously. My hands may have been cramping and I may have broken a sweat getting these things zipped, but nothing failed. I am so impressed by the quality and durability here- for no other reason, this is hands down why you should buy these asap. #2 They saved me TONS of room on a backpacking trip across Peru. The compression aspect has been an absolute lifesaver. It actually works! I know, I was just as shocked as you are. They're super light weight which is a must as I was heaving my body complete with the extra quarantine pounds up a mountain. 3: I took them on a trip to Portugal last summer and for the little OCD princess in us all- it was an incredible feeling being so organized without trying. These are magic. They take the clothes you need, and the ones you don't, and somehow make them all fit into a space where it shouldn't be physically possible. All without popping a stitch or a zipper. Get 👏 these 👏 now 👏.

I really liked these. They fit quite a lot in a bag, compressed well. They're no miracle worker when you have a lot of crap you're trying to fit in a bag, but they do contain it well and prevent coverage if anything leaks or your bag gets wet. Also helpful to keep things organized and easy to pack up if you're lucky enough tog et your bag checked at the airport. I found these most helpful on my down jacket and pillow, things that could actually compress down. I brought a travel pillow with me on a backpacking trip, I was able to fold my pillow over and squish it into the small compression cube (pillow is made of memory foam pieces). Worth the effort to squish into these cube.

I had never used cubes before and, wow, what a difference they make! I was able to get a week's worth of clothes into these packing cubes during my recent trip to Europe. The were jam packed full and held up great. I would definitely recommend this product!

I bought these thinking I could fit more clothes in than the regular compression cubes but I couldn’t. I could not zip the compression zipper. I had to take clothes out to zip the outer zipper. I can’t really say that I could fit more clothes in my suitcase with these but I do like how I can organize my clothes using the cubes. I was not able to fit as many items in the larger cubes as I had hoped. I did love the color of my cubes and it does look like the picture.

I initially had trouble with one zipper, but got that sorted out. I was able to fit 9 tees in the medium cube, or 10 undies, 2 bras abd a slip. (I know, tmi). The large one i got a light puffer, sweater, 2 jeans. The small would be perfect for a special pair of shoes, or undies and socks. Not sure about the laundry bag. Overall nice quality and attractive. Perfect for the open part of your carry on that would stop clothing spill out, upon opening.

Cheap, thin material. The large cube is the width and length of a folded shirt so not that large. The zips feel like they would snag and break easily and only unzip on 3 sides so you have to slide the clothing in. I put 6 folded t-shirts onto the big cube and compressed it. The height reduced from about 3.5 inches to 2.5 inches. I expected a more impressive result. Expensive for the quality. I returned them the same day. You can get better products for the same price.

I used these to pack everything into my 40 lb backpack. These worked great, are lightweight and durable. To give you an idea of what they can hold I got two swimsuits, a shawl and beach cover in small one, 10 pairs of underwear, three pairs of knee high socks, 4 pairs of ankle socks, bra in other small, 4 skirts and three pairs of shorts in large bag, 10 t-shirts in other large bag, rolled up 5 long sleeve shirts and put them in laundry bag, and put all my pills, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc in tube cube. With these cubes the only thing that didn’t fit in that I packed for my six week adventure was one pair of pants, rain jacket and two pairs of sandals that went in the bottom of my bag. As a female I tend to over pack. I found these work best of you last everything flat, not roll while packing. That zip down in size to compress well. I had two small complaints, the laundry bag would be nicer if it was water resistant and it also doesn't compress down, which would be better. Would buy them again even though they were higher in price then other sets, they were definitely better quality

I have used these for 2 vacations now. I love that they are a little bit stretchy so I can pack them full of stuff, but they have not ripped at the seams. They are great for packing, but I also used them during the trip for carrying kids toys to the pool, etc. Very handy!
