This device does work. That's why I gave it 4 stars. My nighttime wheezing is gone and I can sleep. I didn't give it 5 stars because the ring that connects the top to the base broke after 5 months. Pay the extra money for something sturdier.

This simple little device is surprisingly effective at getting the gunk out of my lungs! I bought it awhile back and use it periodically for allergy relief and to help strengthen my lungs. Just caught bronchitis and this little gem got me through in days instead of weeks! Still took Tessalon at the height of coughing but never got that drowning feeling and was able to sleep through the night. This device is a game changer!

I was planning to wait a few weeks before writing this review, but I feel like I finally have the arguments to describe my personal experience. This may vary from person to person, but hopefully others get the same benefits I am getting.To me, this was a risky purchase. I live in Mexico and this item did not ship to my country but a friend traveled to the US and got it for me. It meant that if it did not work for me, I would be losing 40usd as I would not be able to return the item. Still I went ahead. I suffer from allergies that block my nose and prevent me from expelling most of the mucus traditionally so I have lived with phlegm for the last years, airways partially blocked and slight lung capacity decrease. It's a terrible feeling to wake up in the morning every day and not being able to do anything about it. Quality of my life has also decreased as there is discomfort most of the time. I have taken medication to expel the phlegm but I honestly don't want to depend all my life on pills. And so I found out about airphysio and started looking for other brands. Found this one, which also happens to be Australian just like airphysio. What I liked about this one was both the price and the fact that it has adjustable levels with the two steel balls. Finally got it on my hands, tested it and after a couple of blows, I felt like I was about to throw up, which in my case was good as the phlegm was loosening up. And so I have been using it every day and I can say that I feel much better now, my throat is clearer and honestly, I even feel happier. I hope I don't lose before I get another spare as that would be terrible for me.Whoever invented this device, really thank you so much for helping to improve my life.

This is really working, I was tempted to buy more expensive one, but glad I didn’t. This did the job.

I liked the size and that it is easy to keep clean

I have asthma and live in a very damp climate which does not help. After reading many reviews I decided this is the one and I am not sorry. When it first arrived it had the larger ball in it and was unable to even take one breath. I removed it and used the second smaller ball that is included. It was still difficult at first but now after several weeks I find it is getting easier. There is not doubt that my lungs are getting stronger as I keep using it. Sometimes it helps me to expel mucus and other times not but every time I use it I feel it is strengthening my lungs.

This had been recommended by my brother-in-law who has found it very helpful with his asthma. I had Omicron earlier this year and my breathing has been a bit compromised. Used this as directed so far and can definitely feel my lung capacity increasing and strengthening. Have not coughed up any mucus yet, but think that could because I am on allergy medicine. Love this product and highly recommend it.

I have been using this daily for six months, religiously. It may "feel" to someone that it is doing nothing but in fact it is causing the lungs to exercise and remove phlegm and unwanted mucous. It has done wonderful things for helping me with my "severe asthma."Such a funny little device....but it has kept me feeling great!!!! It keeps my lungs functioning better than they have in years💗 thank you to the creator....it is a gift.If I could give it ten stars, I would.Update: January 2022 ~ I credit this little device with heling me to better manage and control my asthma and asthma episodes! I absolutely love this item! Best investment that I have made regarding interventions for asthma.

The air physio does help to clear mucus off my chest when used twice a day. Although not perfect I still have some mucus there after use. I still find the best way to clear my chest is exercise. I would however recommend the air physio to anyone suffering from COPD

i now have this order and i would say on first usage that it works quite well and if it continues to do so it is money well spent. it is good to have something that i don't have to buy refills, batteries or anything else extra in the future.

I bought this for my mum who has copd.She has not had a full nights sleep for years due to coughing up gunk.After using this for a few weeks she has been up maybe twice in that time though the night. She is less exhausted during the day and her chest pains are not as regular.Cannot express how much of a difference this has made to my mums life, something so simple but wow what a difference.Thank you

I have used it for about 4 days it is working for me ,I think I need a bit more time as I have COPDand I I am quite old however I am convinced it is very possitive for me it is better than salt pipes and is on a par with a nebulizer

Item delivered yesterday a day earlier than estimated, well done. I have used it twice so far and it is easy to use and first impressions are good, definitely does what it says on the description, long term use will prove beneficial effects or not but so far so good.
