Basically it’s crap
It appears to be functional, but I wish that I had paid more, and gotten a better handlebar.First, the grips are on backwards. The risers are crap and can’t be tightened enough to be bare minimum functional. The phone holder doesn’t even fit, and the bar-end caps won’t stay in due to some messed up geometry. The height clamp doesn’t hold strong enough to pick up the Segway without it extending to it’s full length first. So basically, it’s crap...

not engineered well
no instructions in box. must take a part off that is very tight. tried for 2 hours to remove it and gave up and returned it to amazon and bought a different model. could have been made to slide into the hole that is built in without trying to pull off and replace.

Too heavy
Great Idea!Turns your Mini unit into a hand/arm operated unit just like the full sized ones.Having said that, this unit is too heavy for this Ninbot because it will not stand on it's own with this unit and also adds extra weight... so i removed it and put the original knee arm back on.Great Idea, needs to either be Carbon Fiber or anything much much lighter.

This is the one you want!
If you are purchasing a handlebar for your Segway MiniPro, this is the one you want.Unlike the "new and improved" handlebar with the triangular plastic handles, this handlebar is solid, installs easily, and appears it will last a long time. The included phone holder works fine with phones the size of a Nuu Mobile G3 or iphone8.

added safety, ease, and confidence of the riding
This handlebar added a nice touch, added safety, ease, and confidence of the riding, and most of all; it compliments the Seaway Ninebot vehicle. However, the phone holder is not sturdy and does not keep the phone in its place. It also broke when my son dropped it. I'm trying to find a phone holder replacement.

Worked perfectly, everything fit just right. Makes the ride super super easy. Kids prefer it.Cons: screws that screw the long bar together came loose so I tightened them but I might put Teflon tape to make sure they don't come out again.Phone holder is dangerous for phones. It faces up so when your tilted forward it looks like the phone with fall forward then you'd drive over it.lol I don't use it.

The Balance I needed
This product was the difference in me riding this Segway or not. My husband bought us these mini Segways for Christmas. I am 59 years old and did not want to fall ever! The handle made it comfortable for me to ride with no fear.
