Good cookbook, but as a single person I am really looking for simple recipes for one.

This book has made an elderly lady a convert so easy to follow so good Thanks So far everything's delicious

Best thing about this book is the general cooking chart in the back of the book. Can't say much for the recipes.

I highly text this author and her cookbooks. We will trying many of them in our new rv. We live in it full time.

I ordered his hoping to get some hints about using my microwave/convection oven in our RV. The recipes aren't what I would make while camping. They are too complicated and sophisticated for camping.

I agree with the reviewer who said the only good thing about this cookbook was the temperature chart in the back. The recipes are nothing like I would make in my kitchen. Too many spicy and one-time ingredients, and more work than I would like. You can find better recipes online just by searching for what you might want to prepare. This is not "simple" at all. Time consuming recipes. Not for a family with children.

The recipes I have tried so far are good. Easy to buy the ingredients too. Nothing has been complicated
