Meter turned up next day.If i am honest i have not yet fully tested this out in full, i have however had a few tests in the bag.First impressions are its a chunky meter that has a hard rubber case built in/ onto it.The display is a good size and has a nice back light, the test probes are not fluke grade but will do the job for now.As a service engineer i have a multimeter and a Martindale volt tester, until now i had no insulation tester.However there is one available at work a megger one, that sells for over 400 pounds.Ok so to the tests i have done so far, AC and DC voltage readings seem on par with my other meters.I have also tested the dc voltage out, that are 50v,125v,250v,500v, as yet i have no meter that goes up to 1000v. (all checked out ok)You will see that i have found a case for it on Amazon, more details of it to follow.In my pic you will see 2 elasticated straps covering part of the meter, i may cut those out in the future.Ok now to the insulation testing all be it only a quick test.I found an old 3 phase motor at work that has been left out in the rain and snow for ages, with no top on it.Putting the meter on 100v i hit the test button and it showed a dead short. (it works)In the very near future i will do more tests, and possibly a video.

Elastic inside for no real purpose and slightly smaller than spcified useful for small screwdrivers and general watch repair tools but I had to cut the handle down on my watch repair hammer for it to fit in.

Good size case but as other reviewers have said; the elastic strips are quite useless for most purposes.The zip seems ok and the shell is firm enough to protect from being easily crushed or dropped.
