So I have always had issues with my vitamin D deficiency and I also have fibroids and it’s extremely important that I keep my vitamin D levels high and on the high side of normal I went and had lab work done the day after I had been drinking these for a few days and my vitamin D levels were excellent

We have been purchasing gohydrate for several years now, twice a month with a subscription. In my opinion these take the cake over Liquid IV or any other. The ingredients are short and simple, nor are they loaded with salt like others. The taste is refreshing, A++ ingredients / vitamins, great flavors! Our house favorites are fruit punch and cherry limeade. The only negative I can say is that for 2 people to drink 1 a day, we don't get a full months worth and for the price of them....it can get expensive...but at least I know I'm staying hydrated

Tasty variety pack for electrolyte hydration. Less sodium and other nutrients.

Most of the flavors are pretty good. I like that the flavors not too strong for a large 42 ounce container. But I will not buy the mixed variety again. The cherry limeade is beyond disgusting. The grape isn’t great, but it is OK. I did like the other flavors, but if I have to throw half of the things out, it’s not worth purchasing.

Love all flavors! I cannot keep these stocked in my pantry because my family loves them so much! Great electrolyte option and I love that they don’t have any sugar or artificial coloring! I have been purchasing them monthly and they are great quality!

These are delicious! They’re super hydrating, work really well and make you feel good overall. They mix easily and are the best electrolytes I’ve ever had. 10/10.

This is my absolute favorite hydration drink. It doesn't have the salty taste like other hydration drinks. I have purchased this over and over again! It's perfect for hot days and my kids love it too. It smells and tastes more like a juice. Will continue to repurchase

While the taste is satisfactory, it is disappointing to note that this product contains a significantly lower amount of electrolytes compared to many other brands.
