Dramamine Motion Sickness Relief, Less Drowsy, 8 Count, Pack of 3

I usually don't leave reviews but the ginger dramamine has changed my life profoundly. I have had vertigo for 5 years now from a extremely botched dental job. The past two years have been chronic. Vertigo is an extremely debilitating disease if it's chronic you get to the point where all you can do is sleep it off. What I believe caused my vertigo is that I was placed in a COMPLETE horizontal position on my back with a square rubber block placed in back of my mouth during oral surgery, being unable to swallow or bite down or sit up with my ear canals completely open from the block in place.. I believe the ear rock slipped into another canal, (posterior??) and I am definitely a veteran at this point on having symptoms of BPPV..many doctors later,. MRI's and cat scans.. same diagnosis everytime BPPV. Unfortunately physical therapy sealed my fate and made my vertigo chronic and permanent. ( at least for now!) Although I have heard physical therapy HAS helped many people... everyone's results are DIFFERENT, unfortunately that was mine. I do not in any way discourage physical therapy..it was just MY experience..not everyone else's. I am a nurse I have been unable to work due to BPPV and an unrelated orthopedic injury. This is NOT a professional opinion or medical advice in any way. Its simply my own personal experience and believe me I have tried just about EVERYTHING. Prescription medication helped some what but it knocked me out. Nothing worked for me until I tried the dramamine GINGER. I tried a few forms of ginger but only this one worked for me. It has not cured me It just seems to control a steady average of 75% of my vertigo symptoms at this point for a month now. I can think much more clear and do not feel like depression is going to come on because of always always having long term "motion" sickness. I wish I would have found this stuff sooner.. I passed this up a few times when looking on Amazon. My dietitian was diagnosed with the same thing and she says it's been a miracle for her as well. The price is right there's not much to lose so I would give it a try. My life has totally changed I am grateful to God for that. I will keep praying for the continued miracle🙏 I hope this review helps someone else get the same relief I have had so far, my motion sickness is not completely gone or perfect but so much better...Good luck and don't give up.

I love theme parks and roller coasters, but as I've reached my 40s, I get nauseous on nearly every ride. Luckily, I take 2 of these Dramamine tablets in the morning and I'm good for a day at the theme parks. Disney and Six Flags. Very easy to swallow. I don't go on the pure spinning rides anymore, but with Dramamine I can do roller coasters and the majority of the theme park.

We used it for a cruise recently because my husband is especially prone to sea sickness. It is advertised as “less drowsy,” but it still made him drowsy. He acknowledges that the product works as it’s intended to do. He says he’d rather be sleepy than sick, so he likes the product. One good thing about this product is that it can help a person overcome jet lag. I took one of these tablets one night when I was wanting to sleep after a trip out of our time zone, and it worked well for that purpose. Keep in mind that if you take one of these tablets, the effects will likely last for 24 hours as they did for my husband and me. Neither my husband nor I had any symptoms from the drug other than drowsiness. You might not want to drive after taking one of these tablets.

Good travel is pack. Works for plane/boat rides or long car trips

This Dramamine All Day Less Drowsy is my go-to for cruising and anything motion-sickness related. It works well and does exactly what it promises—keeps nausea under control without making me sleepy. One dose lasts all day, which is perfect for travel days, excursions, or rougher seas. I can actually enjoy the trip instead of worrying about feeling sick or foggy. If you deal with motion sickness and still want to stay alert and functional, this is a must-have. I don’t travel without it.

Only 8 pills per tube and a dose is 2 pills. The tube is a little empty so I wish they would put more bc I go through a lot when traveling. But overall works really well for motion sickness and doesn’t make me drowsy which it’s important when travelinh for work.
