I purchased the pedometer for my husband as he had been advised to get more exercise. Its marvelous, it records your steps, speed of walking, distance and calories lost. He clips it to his belt or tee-shirt. The after sales help you get from this company is unbelievable in this day and age. They are so proud of this product and rightly so, its not expensive like some of the latest gadgets on the market but it works perfectly and if you need any advice then the company are only to willing to help. If I could give it ten stars I would.

I bought a different model (3D fit) months ago to use it for myself. Im buying one again to give it to my mom. This one is every easy to use, has a large display suitable for the elderly to clearly see and it does not show a lot of numbers to confuse them. It also has a large clip on the back so you can clip it anywhere while running or walking. It is really accurate because it also shows the speed. So.. its reliable. Im also quite impressed with the mini screw driver that comes with it. Hahhaha. I can use it for my glasses. Ahhhaha.Great seller. ***Update below***This is a really small and neat but there is a fundamental problem with the unit for me, where I work I walk in-between two machines all day back and forth.The problem comes where it won't register the first 15 steps. It does count them but won't register them till you walk more than 15. I kept checking throughout the day but the steps were not counting.When I counted the steps between the two machines it was only 10. If I walk around the corner and walk a different route it'll count them as it is more steps, otherwise the counter will not count them therefore no use to me.*Update*After this review I was contacted by the seller and offered me a refund.Can I please take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the refund and excellent communication between us.They are truly a caring company that look after their customers no matter how small.So I will change it stars to a 5 from my original 2 stars.

Arrived safely and quickly. It is now attached to my waistband recording my movements. I have followed the instructions and also logged onto the video which was most useful and really helped me to understand how to change/look at the various options.This came with the follow-up email from the firm to check it had arrived safely and offer any help should it be needed. Good customer service. It's very neat and easy to clip on. So here's hoping I will now be encouraged/or feel guilty to move more!

Great value for the price. Once I had read the instructions, supplied with the device, I watched the video which demonstrated the set up of the pedometer, this made it easier for me to put in my details in the correct sequence. It is an accurate, easy to read little device. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a really good little gadget. I need to measure the amount of time and length of my walking on a daily basis for pulmonary rehabilitation purposes and this delivers. It is easy to set up. It resets to zero for the next day - which is perfect for me. It is also excellent value for money. I did not expect such a good product. It does other stuff too, such as number of steps, speed of walk per km

I bought this that I could put it on my trousers in the morning to track my total steps as I have been asked to do 10,000 steps each day. The unit arrived on time and my husband set it up for me. On 7th of July I put it on my belt as one would before going out for a walk. Forgot to mention that I also have a health app on my phone but it is not easy to carry the phone around the house so thought it would be easier to track true steps taken during the day. The clip seemed to be ok when I put it on but around half way I wanted to check how the steps are being counted and it was not there so it fell off the belt somehow. I was very disappointed that I didn’t even had the chance to use it so money down the drain. The clip needs to be fool proof so it stays firmly on. I don’t know whether supplier would send me another unit as I had no use out of it 😡 and have no more money to waste on another unit.

This is a really neat piece of kit which works on a belt,in a pocket or even in a bag.It is very easy to set up....the instructions are clear step by step...and you can be ready to use it in just a few minutes.It is accurate,I have tested it against 3 android apps which I trust for accuracy.If you need support from Realalt they are simply the best...customer service and satisfaction is paramount with them and they are quick to answer.
