Pros: Excellent product for economical, efficient replenishment of printer “ink”. The HP “Neverstop” Laser printer line utilizes this injectable cartridge, which could not be easier to use. Not a drop is spilled or wasted as the printer reservoir is refilled. I had allowed the supply to get quite low, and when I refilled the toner with this product, I was able to use both cartridges for a full, double supply. I think this is the best approach to printer refills I have ever used, having had a variety of dot matrix, ink jet, and laser printers at home and in the office. And, the empty cartridge is easily recycled by mailing to HP, or buy a local retailer, such as Best Buy or Staples. Cons: None

I buy these to replenish our office supplies. They are easy to use. Easy to attach to the printer, easy to refill. The instructions are right on the front of each tube, and they seem to last for a couple 1000 pages. I have never had any problem with the pump jamming or it not fitting, as long as you follow the instructions. On how to connect it, it seems to perform just fine. I feel like it's a great value for the money.And I will continue to order these for the office

Apparently this is a two stage process probably to minimize any loose toner. It turns easily to 90 but you need to go another 90 to have it positioned correctly. I stopped at 90 and got the toner in but it did not reset the toner indicator light. I took the cartridge out and looked inside and saw the second 90 actually opened the socket it goes into. A little mess. I had to pull it out, raise the pump handle back up, out it back in, turn it the full 180 and push the handle back down. Then the toner light showed full. Thought this might help someone else. I saw some posts where other people could not turn it 180 so I figured is was a Chinese to English problem but I was actually doing it wrong.

Works great and buyer is very pleased. Just remember to follow the instructions (on the web) and turn it back to the insert position before trying to pull it out of the printer (I briefly forgot, and it didn't initially come out).

Was really happy how easy and how inexpensive it turned out to be.

Purchased this for my work printer and both cartridges were faulty. The first one, the ball inside that you hear shaking was getting stuck, I shook until unstuck and then 10s extra, insert into loader, turned, could not push toner, finally with force the toner exploded out the top. Nice 👌🏼. I have no other choice to keep pushing because I can’t turn the cartridge to remove unless the contents are fully empty. Even after doing so the thing wouldn’t let me turn it back to remove it. I had to turn off the printer, turn it back on, force quit the load with the X button per HPs suggestion. I then go to put the second one in as I needed both and I get the toner button illuminating in solid yellow and ER32 on the screen. Not only did the first cartridge explode but it also messed up the drum. Sent both back. My office is covered in toner. HP products yet again doing the exact opposite of providing efficiency.

These cartridges couldn't be easier to use. There are multiple videos on YouTube that are two or three-minutes long to show you how to replace the toner using these cartridges. Mess-free. I am old enough to remember when adding toner to a copier practically required an apron. These are a game changer.

Amazing quality!

The refill is great, just as long as you use it properly. I watched a youtube video on how to use this and unfortunately I didn't have it pressed down far enough and the powder went everywhere, luckily it was easy to clean up. My boyfriend managed to get it unstuck and pressed it all the way down and got the remaining product out. I'm giving 5 stars because it really is a good product, this was a fault of mine not the manufacturing.
