Great Buy!
Holds the gas cans pretty good, there is slight movement but it ain’t going anywhere. The material they used seems high quality. The nuts and bolts they give you are very small so a little hard to put together. I’m glad I spent the extra money on this and would buy again!*I’m using the Midwest Jerry Cans and they seem perfect for this holder

Versatile and great fit
I have the waiver 5 gallon jerry cans and it holds them very nicely with no shift. I have an arb roof rack so I had to modify a bit, works great.

Wouldn't Buy It Again, Changed my mind. see review
This is a good idea that needs some better engineering. What is up with the super small bolts ? The nylocks were a good touch but half way thru trying to put these tiny M4 nuts on M4 bolts, I was ready to make a list of bolts and nuts for a run to Home Depot, then take my drill and bore out the holes bigger for bolts you can work with better. And the rear hinges could be done better. How about leaving the tangs that fit thru the slots another 1 - 1/1 inches longer so they don't spring out of the slots at the slightest touch. Or even putting some real hinges bolted back there. If I was doing it over, I would buy 2 single jerry can holders and strap them together. Addendum : I decided to put my money where my mouth was, so I added some simple improvements to this Jerry Can holder. I cut off the tangs at the back side of the hold down straps, and added 1 1/2 inch hinges using 10-24 bolts and nylocks. I added 2 support cross bars made of 1 inch x 1/8 inch aluminum flat stock bar. This adds much more stability to the hold down apparatus, it doesn't twist and flop around now, just folds back to give you access to the cans, then folds over them and latches. I am going to use this in the bed of my Jeep Gladiator so I added 4 rubber feet so it wouldn't slide around. Over all , I really like this jerry can holder now.

Good product but bad lock design
I originally purchased this product because it had the capability to lock the latches but what a disappointment when I saw the size of the holes for a lock shackle. The holes are sooo small that you can only use a lock that has a 4mm diameter shackle which is ridiculously hard to find. The alternative is a luggage lock and most those can be cut or broken very easily so whats the use at that point. I am now debating whether or not to keep this holder since it really will not help me secure my jerry cans. If you want to put on sturdy locks, do not buy this.

Sturdy
Works as intended took about 20 minutes to put it together. holds 10 gallons of fuel well while traveling offroad

Good bang for the buck
It isn’t super heavy duty so I was wondering on stability, but I put it through a real rough first run and it is solid, so no wasted weight. The latches only take a TSA size lock so I slightly drilled out to accept a better lock. And the latch mounting screws could be a hair longer to fully engage the nylon locknut insert, but some thread lock should cover that.Note: this is not powder coated stainless steel. Only the latches are stainless. Not a negative as at this price you can’t expect SS, but just so you are aren’t surprised.

Easily modified to fit aftermarket car top carrier and extreme duty locking.
With having all those modifications, they charge way to much, in my opinion.
