The best customer service I have ever had on Amazon bar none !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got this charger so I wldnt need any wires and kept it in my car. I used it a few times in the beginning and it was great & the battery life was amazing. Now, it blinks red, and will not charge my phone wirelessly and it’s too late to return.Edit: So after leaving this review Yuki from the company contacted me and said this had never happened before and he was very concerned. He offered me a refund or a replacement & I took the replacement. I am always away on business and time flies. He sent me an email to see how the replacement was & I thought it hadn’t been that long bc I’m so busy, but it had been a week or more since talking to me. I told him I never got anything. He sent me the tracking showing it was delivered & i saw that it had been over a week and the package was delivered a few days from our initial email. Now I was very upset bc I have had hundreds of packages delivered from Amazon and one has never been stolen (I live in 36 unit condo complex). So I asked him if the package was sent to the right address bc the tracker did not show an address or apartment #. I was also mad bc I never got a tracking # & it was delivered on a Sunday & was not put in my regular USPS locked mailbox in the complex. Yuki told me to do thru Amazon for a resolution. I told him that I have owned a few businesses and I wasnt going to pursue it bc he stood by his product and sent me out a replacement w/o me even reaching out to him. I said it was unfortunate & that I really wanted the product, but he did his best. I got an email saying he was sending out ANOTHER ONE. The first time he sent it by USPS, this time he sent it by UPS (which is more expensive) and I got it the other day and the charger works great. The battery life is AMAZING and it charges beautifully wirelessly so I don’t need to carry around any cords. So this went from one of the worst Amazon experiences to the best one. This is a great, great company that stands behind its products!!!!!!

Decent value and features: solar + Qi + 18W PD + 26.8mAh
Pros:+ Solar charging for the decent 26.8Ah capacity power bank;+ Wireless Qi charging for devices;+ Power Delivery (PD) works as expected at just under 18W when I tested using my iPad Pro;+ Qi-charged my iPhone XR at just under 9W when it was at around 45% battery;+ No need to press a button to begin wired charging, rather just plugging in suffices.Cons:- When I conducted a Qi charging test with my iPhone XR at ~75% battery, it charged once at 3.78W @756mA and a second time at an even slower 1.23W @247mA, which is way too slow even for wireless charging, but I’m guessing it’s because the battery level was already high, so I’m inclined to give this solar charger the benefit of doubt;- The charging light was green (supposedly 10W) during the above slow-charging tests, which seems inconsistent with the much lower actual charging rate observed;- There is a nook but no carabiner-like tool seems to have been provided to hang it outside from a backpack m;- Pretty heavy but perhaps not unexpected relative to comparable products, which I suppose might handy for self defense while backpacking in case a wild animal or human gets nasty. :)Overall, the combination of solar, Qi, PD, and the battery capacity is solid value at the price. I wanted one with the usb-c port at the short edge, which this one has. It also has a smooth Qi surface as I wanted as opposed of a grooved one in a competing product with similar features. Wish it had two usb-c ports instead of two type A ports; who cares about type A any more anyway?I haven’t tested solar charging rate, power leak rate when idle, ruggedness, and most importantly, product life. If any of these turn out to be less than satisfactory with use, I might bring down my rating a notch, but for now, most everything seems either great or at least acceptable. It would be so nice if these wireless Qi chargers could automatically detect surface pressure and attempt to start charging (and auto-sleep if the device isn’t inductively responsive) instead of having to press a button to begin charging.

Great except for the indicator lights.
I love this power bank except for one single massively annoying thing, the charge indicator lights are impossible to see in the daylight. I literally have to cup my hand around that area to make a tiny little hole to put my eye up to to see if this thing is fully charged. Now this won't be a problem if you plan on using an indoor AC wall adapter for charging. But unfortunately for my use case I like to charge it with a solar panel and it is terrible to see in the sun.The other features are as advertised. Solar panel works if you want to keep it in the sun for a week or two to charge a bit or top off. (it is only a 1.9w panel, at 5v it is only .38A max) LED flashlight is decently bright enough to see around at night. Wireless charging works well and it is easy to center phone. PD output works well for fast charging phones and tablets that support it or a computer if it is off will charge it in an emergency. Like most power banks of this capacity it is not small, bit of a brick really. Design is rugged enough, I've dropped it twice from 4 feet and no visible damage.Overall if you can get around the horrid indicator lights it is a great power bank that delivers and is very versatile.
