we were able to get them to sync with our phones. While sitting on the plane we could locate our luggage underneath us.

its ok, there is much better out there
Its ok and does work as long as you have bluetooth. The battery ran down quite fast actually and when I tried to make a change on my account (new email) & (change chips to that new email on my account) it took 6 hrs of support to get the email part changed. I have not even tried to change the chips over yet. I dont want another 6 hrs of wasted time chatting with support since this company will not give you a phone number for support nor will they call you. This should have taken no time at all to resolve.Any phone number that is shown have all been disconnected!!!! I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone

Best Ever
I have purchased several tags for my cats. I had tile and air tags, but this is the better product hands down. It lets me know when my cats are at the door and the music tells them come home. I wish I found these first as it would of saved me time and money. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

Lost Contact and then would not pair a second time. I tried everything!
At first, everything went great! I put it on my cat. The next day, however, my cat's Pebblebee device on her collar lost contact with the app on my phone. And when I tried to pair it again it couldn't find it. I bought two of them. So, I got out the other and tried to pair that one but it did the same thing. I tried it both on my phone and my Samsung tablet but neither device could pair with it. I have no problems pairing other devices. The app is no good. I did a lot of research too. I bought it because supposedly it has the longest distance out of all these types of GPS. Making it better for my cat. She can go a little further before she is out of range. But it turned out it doesn't work at all. :-(. And I'm not the first to complain about this according to the reviews.
