Used to hang bird feeders higher in tree to keep cats from accessing the birds. I used a rake replacement handle with the hanger for extra reach. Worked very well. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought one of these to see how it worked. Then I bought a couple more, then a couple more and some for my Mother in Law. Finally a solution to our dilemma! Our house is surrounded by very tall trees. We have an abundance of bird houses and four feeders that need to be filled every day. In order to reach them without ladders they had to sit fairly low in the trees. Then I realized the deer were hitting them up every night and emptying the feeders. These hooks solved the problem. I can put my items higher in the tree, too high for the deer, but easily reach them to re-fill without having to haul out the ladder. I was a big skeptical about the loop actually working on my broom, it looked destined to fall off but no, it is perfect.I use a baffle over each of my feeders so imagine reaching into a 12' tall branch and taking down this high reach hook, hooked to a baffle, hooked to a feeder. I keep thinking the whole contraption is going to fall apart but the hook has stayed on my pole every time. As you can see in the picture, one of the high reach hooks even hangs from a cord making it even more unstable to pull down.I can't say enough about this product and how happy I am with it. Did I say the top hook is even large enough to fit over most branches?

This is such an ingenious solution to hanging feeders on a limb you can’t quite reach. It’s small but might and so simple!

I found one of these years ago at my local bird feeder store and have loved it. I couldn't find another except online. They allow me to hang feeders from my gutters by lifting then up with a broom handle. Obviously, you can hang your feeders anywhere with the large hook on one end, it just happens mine go on the gutters.I'm short, and these slow me to hang feeders way above my head. Love it!

I had to purchase an extender pole so that my feeder could be hung 12' up. This fits over the top of that pole perfectly. I love being able to put up and take down my feeder without having to bring out a ladder. I definitely recommend!

Fits great on old broom handle. Would not expect it to bend when hanging a half empty bird feeder.

The product works just as expected! Clever design. The materials have held up over this past month. I was concerned that it wouldn't hold up because it doesn't look like much but it had been fine. I have been using this to lift a filled Droll Yankees squirrel proof tube feeder high up into our tree using our some of the poles from our roof rake. It fits over small to medium limbs. It has become a favorite spot for the birds.

Love them! I got a couple of the large hooks. I wouldn’t necessarily consider them made for large branches (the hook is about 3” wide). Our branches aren’t very wide though and these work perfectly. I was worried when we bought our house because I love feeding the birds and didn’t want to have to drag a ladder out every time I need to fill the feeders, so these have saved the day!! Just ordered one more and would have gotten more but they’re sold out.
