These corner braces/brackets work very well for Zero G Mercury One builds!
I used these on my latest 3D printer build, namely the Zero G Mercury One with Hydra bed leveling. The Mercury One is a custom CoreXY 3D printer based on the frame of the Ender 5. Unfortunately, the Ender 5 frame itself is not the strongest or most stable 3D printer frame - but these corner braces change all that!I bought enough of these corner braces to install on nearly every corner of the 3D printer frame, and the printer is not only heavier, but also significantly more stable. This has improved my input shaping (Klipper) results dramatically!!Installation is simplified with roll-in T-nuts and M5 hardware - this way you do not have to tear down your printer to slide conventional T-nuts into the extrusion grooves.I am very happy with the matte black finish as it complements the 3D printer frame nicely!5/5 stars!

Strong Corner Braces for Aluminum Extrusion
Added these for additional rigidity to my larger 3d printer. Used m5x8mm socket heads and some roll in nuts to secure them. Very happy with the price and quality overall.

Epoxy coated. These are not anodized.
The brackets are epoxy coated, which is perfectly fine, unless you want the look to match the anodize of the extrusions themselves. They might be anodized under the epoxy, but that doesn't help if you want the look. Otherwise they are fine. One star off for an inaccurate description."Material: high quality aluminum alloy, finish: oxide. Firm and solid, durable, not easy to wear and tear."NOPE!!!
