Good quality
Love the tent. I just wish the 1/2 side panels slid onto the pole rather than having Velcro loops every so often. It would make the sides look cleaner/more professional.

Definitely pros and cons compared to the other maker.
I had to get a quick tent for a show coming up. I found one of these that was returned for a really good price. I expected it to be cheaply made. Boy was I wrong. The frame is heavier than the other brand I buy. And it looks like it has a super thick protective paint coat to keep from rusting quicker, if used out doors. The top is the exact color as the photo. The rollers are are made to take a beating when used a lot. They are not plastic. Two things I didn't like tho..- 1 The top is thin without the silver sun shield. We are going to put a tarp on first then the top. Florida sun gives no mercy.-2 the storage case is open on the bottom. It's not completely sealed. Rodents and snakes can get in there when storing in a barn, garage etc. It's just a metal plate simulating a hand cart.Other than than it is worth it for indoor shows.Update: we cut a thin sheet of pressbaord to fit the bottom, then glued it to cut thick plastic for the bottom. We apply it like a sock before putting it into the bag. It reinforces the bottom so nothing will fall out and no critters will make a home while storing. . For the price we got it for, a small modification was worth it. I would rather have a stronger frame and make modifications to endure the Florida weather. The EZups are not lasting. It's not a $1000 commercial circus tent. It's a pop-up that can withstand winds and elements a lot better.

I really wanted to love our new Eurmax canopy but unfortunately it just didn't ...
EDIT: We purchased our tent in Dec 2014. The manufacturer has reached out to us (Jan 2016) and has provided us with a new and improved top and sides. The manufacturing process has been improved to fix leaks and zipper weakness. We haven't yet tried out the new top/walls but we were impressed that Eurmax heard our feedback and made improvements. Great customer service.I really wanted to love our new Eurmax canopy but unfortunately it just didn't live up to our expectations. We do craft shows and were expanding from a 10x10 to a 10x15. We do 2 day events around the state of Florida. We have used our Eurmax tent for 12 events within the last year so approx 25-26 days of intermittent use. Our first impression upon receiving the new canopy was positive. The frame is very sturdy and we love the window/door set up on the walls which allows us to stay open while still protecting our products in the rain. The bag is pretty difficult to manage but we've gotten the hang of it.But unfortunately our excitement over our new tent waned pretty quickly. One of the zippers has already fallen off of one of the walls. This happened pretty early on. Maybe around our 6th show. We were able to resecure it once or twice but it's now completely lost. I expected the walls to last a little longer than this. We have used Ez-Up tents for about 7 years prior to the purchase of our Eurmax. The walls do inevitably fail on the Ez-Up eventually but we were able to get at least a year out of them. Also, the top is not at all water-tight. It leaks profusely inside the tent during our fairly frequent rain storms. This is not a problem we ever had with our much cheaper Ez-Ups. Also, We have found that the corners pool water during rain storms which is another problem that we never had with previous tents. I know this is a problem that many people have with their canopies but it is one we had never experienced personally until the Eurmax. The look of the tent is very nice. We have other vendors ask us about it all the time because it really is a professional looking set up. I wish I could give a better recommendation to them. Considering the price we paid for the canopy I just didn't feel like it met our expectations. We will use this one as long as we can but next time I will probably shop elsewhere.

Sturdy tent - Issues got resolved
I bought my Eurmax tent in June 2019. After three uses (normal use - no abuse) the stitching around the bottom edge of the fabric top began unraveling.I wrote Eurmax using the contact information on their website. I included pictures of the unraveling stitching. A couple of weeks later I received an email from them and after a brief email exchange I got another email explaining a different office handles their amazon orders and I should contact them instead. Okay...The week following that I received a reply from the other office. After an exchange there, I was informed I’d need to pay $20 for shipping to replace the top. I was dissatisfied but paid anyway, especially since it was taking so long to resolve.I then posted this review to Amazon and I was contacted quickly. The company apologized, refunded my $20 for extra shipping, and expedited shipping on a replacement tent top. Thank you Amazon for stepping in.TLDR: Don’t contact them through the website. Use the Amazon feedback system. While I hope the company improves their communication process, they corrected everything in the end. I’m pleased with the sturdiness of the tent, as the crossbars in the top really help. It’s also very easy to setup. Other than the initial top issue, this seems to be the best tent I’ve used so far.Tip to new users for using the rolling carrying case,... tighten the Velcro strap really well so the tent feet stay put on the little metal flange. ;)
