To put my situation into context, I am in my 40s, have PCOS and have battled with my weight for most of my life. I thought these tablets would boost my weight loss, but unfortunately, they have not. I have been taking them for a fortnight alongside a calorie-restricted diet (no more than 1200 per day) and also running every other day. I know that when I have dieted previously, I can easily lose weight by reducing my calories. However, it’s almost as if these tablets are encouraging my body to hold on to the weight! I have lost less than I would if I had just dieted alone - two pounds in two weeks; absolutely not worth it. Do not waste your hard-earned cash on these as they don’t make any difference at all. I bought this product on 11th June and after having taken the capsules for the last 10 days have lost approximately 11lbs. This product has definitely worked for me however I will have to consider whether or not to buy them again as when I went to my account to reorder the price had gone up from £44.95 to £59.95. That is a whopping great price rise from two weeks ago - given that the cost of everything is going up I cound understand and tolerate a rise in line with inflation but this is way above that and cannot be justified. I have given 5 stars for value but this is based on the previous price and not the new one.
