Great system great customer service
This is a great system (would recommend) and although we had a little problem with it the customer service was second to none rainbow dealt with the issue from start to finish very polite and understanding and solved the issue fast and efficiently thank you Rainbow

Well worth the money
Customer Service was very nice had problem with one of the cameras and they sent one out straight away only took them a day brilliant

Cameras worked for 10 minutes
After setting the system, the DVR was running and we could see the cameras on our monitoring screen. As as soon as we tried to install the app on my smart phone zosi smart app by using the QR code, the cameras vanished from monitor and the app did not connect.Annoyed that they have failed after 10 mins and that we have had no response from Zosi after e mailing them.

Great picture!!
Very good cameras, recording is easy.Only trouble is if you decide you want to add cameras they're not sold separately on amazon or would have given a better score.

Great customer support
This system is so easy to set up and works well, had a slight problem at first with one camera, but on contacting the supplier the issue was was resolved with speed, understanding and kindness. Very impressed so far.

Great system
I made a couple of mistake setting up the system but Slina at customer services was great got me back on track and up and running, makes all the difference when you have great customer service.
