Amazing product for underfloor heating, and they answer the phone.
I have installed three of these 10’ heaters along with their thermostat and I am very happy with the results. Warm feet! One of the heaters arrived damaged from shipping so I poured a hot cup of coffee and braced myself for 20 minutes of chasing down the automated phone response. They answered the phone - a person! Amy was super nice and directed me to tech support who found my Amazon order and shipped me a replacement and a label to return the damaged section of film. Outstanding!!
