This has helped massively with relieving the pain of pulled muscles over ribs. Wish I'd bought it sooner.

I bought a L/XL which was too big to give a firm tightening and be attached velcro on velcro so I ordered a S/M which arrived today. This is a lot smaller than the L/XL and I struggle to get it round my ribs and again make a firm attachment.The product is well made and the delivery was excellent unfortunately I need one between sizes

A few weeks back I fell off a ladder and cracked a couple of ribs. Not a lot can be done with cracked ribs except rest.I bought this to give me a little bit of support and it worked, especially when I had to cough or sneeze. It's wide, comfortable and stays in place. The Velcro holds it without issue and it doesn't scrunch up either. It did get a little warm during the heatwaves we had.This was one of those 'might as well give it a go' purchases. Definitely worth it for me. The moral of the review? Stay away from ladders.
