The Brothread 6 rainbow colours are excellent. The quality of the thread is first class. No breakage and glides through the machine with ease. The colours are vibrant and just what I was looking for. Buying them as a pack of 6 certainly works out a lot cheaper than buying individually. 5000m of thread - just make sure you have a stand for the thread I can recommend these threads - you wont be disappointed (I know I wasn't.)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This thread is the best, its silky smooth, and you don't get the fluff build up you do with cheaper threads, embroiders on my machine at speeds more expensive threads keep snapping at, colours are rich and bright.If Brothread supplied this size spools in other colours this would be my Number one choice for all my projects.My advice, give this thread a try you won't be disappointed.

I wish to edit my original post to say that I am overjoyed with the after sales service for this item, after my review I have received an email offering me a replacement set of threads or a full refund, what more can I say, a seller who takes full responsibility for customer satisfaction is definitely someone I will buy from in futureOriginal postI love brothread embroidery thread and have purchased many sets whish are great but although I haven't tried all of these large reels yet I was particularly excited to get a real Christmasy green but this thread is an absolute nightmare and constantly snaps, on average I am lucky to get 300 stitches done in one go, the gold however seems fine, if I could buy this shade if green in any other way I would only for this I would definitely give 5 stars

I PURCHASED THIS ONE REEL OF BROTHREAD WITH TREPIDATION BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED,I HAVE A BROTHER V3 EMBROIDERY MACHINE AND THE THREAD IS POSITIVELY AMAZING SO MUCH SO THAT I PURCHASED THE PACK OF 80 REELS EACH GIVING 500 METRES . IT IS ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE ,IT DOESN'T BREAK OR FRAY OR TANGLE .I EMBROIDER EVERY DAY AND CANNOT FIND A SINGLE FAULT WITH THIS THREAD.JUST LOWER YOUR SPEED TO 600 .5 STARS IS NO WHERE NEAR TO HOW GOOD THIS IS AND THE PRICE IS FANTASTIC.

I purchased this after trying a mixed set of 40 different colour threads.I’m so happy with this brand, the quality and finished embroidery is beautiful. I never thought I’d use anything other than Madeira but so glad I came across this brand on amazon. They work very well on my Brother machine.

I absolutely love brothread threads. I have previously purchased several of the smaller bobbin sizes but after purchasing a large spool holder(also from Amazon) I can utilise the large 5000m spools which are such a bargain. Although these are specifically embroidery threads I use them in my Janome Atelier 6 for everything although it’s mainly piecing and machine quilting. There is very little fluff and no snags or breakages. I won’t use any other thread since discovering brothread. Previously in had always used a much more expensive and we’ll know brand starting with G, but I find this brothread thread far superior

Same quality as smaller reels. The only negative comment is we all have our most used colour and I think if there was a little choice , choose three from a selection of maybe 5. I would choose a blue in place of the red. Just being picky . Love them and will continue to purchase .

This is a huge reel of thread, I bought it for use on my embroidery machine and it works fine. Good quality thread, no breakages or fraying. And the colour is as expected, knowing black can differ in shades sometimes, this is true black. Highly recommended
