Good
Good, it is a cheap stamped piece of mild steel, price is OK, (technically I could have just taken a piece of mild steel and took a grinder and made my own), would be nice if they hardened the steel, but you get what you pay for, and I'll probably use these 1 time every 4 years maybe. I got these to put together some cheap scooters that didn't come with grease in the head stem.

Depends on use
I only have 1 bike with a Threaded HS and it doesn't require frequent adjustment so this tool worked fine and was inexpensive. IF I had several bikes, even just more than one OR if I was in a position where more than occasional adjustment of a threaded headset was needed, I would spend the additional money for a tool with proper tolerances that would better fit the headset nut without the play this tool exabits.

Millimetrical gap
Do the job. Little gap in between.

Poor fit
Needed a 36mm thin wrench for scooter headset. Very sloppy fit but didn’t need to use enough torque to allow wrench to slip and ruin the nut. This wrench was cheaper than paying to have the bearing set replaced. I wouldn’t use it on anything requiring more than minimal torque. The bearing is replaced and I have a cheapie wrench that may not get used again. It got this job done….just barely 😅
