Made shrimp boil kabobs. My kabobs usually stick to the grill and cook unevenly. Not with the grill mats. Everything cooks just like I want and no sticking to the grill ever!! I love these grill mats. Have used them on both a regular gas grill and a Santa Maria grill. They probably won’t last as long using them on the Santa Maria grill, but I don’t care I’ll definitely buy more. It’s really upped my grill game. They do have to be soaked in really hot soapy water for an extended time to come clean which is the only down side. I grabbed a plastic paint scraper and use that to help during the cleaning process and it’s been great. I love these and recommend them especially if you like to grill. I did learn by trial an error, but don’t cover your entire grill with them. You need to leave some air space for your Fire to breathe.

I have a daughter who has allergies and needed something to keep seasonings away from her food, mainly garlic. Two fit easily on the grill and are a light weight material that washes easily by hand, but I stuck them in the dishwasher on the top shelf. I've attached two pictures, one with the food and spices sticking to the grill and the other with a clean grill mat.

These mats are amazing. I used them for burgers on the grill. The cook through, with grill marks, but stay intact and juicy, And no scraping the grill, just wait for them to cool and they wash clean.Highly recommended!

Works great! Cooled, soaked, cleaned fairly easily. Used the the same one half a dozen times. Expect to grill on it again soon!

Wonderful Design!!! I have been looking for some barbecue mats for our grill, They make cleaning up so much easier. I put one under gas grill for meat, these holes will drain excess liquid, and the meat is quickly grilling successfully which nothing sticks at all. Clean up is extremely easy, a little mild dish soap then wash with water!
