Cinnamon Supplement, 1200mg 2 Caps

I have used this product for 1 month and had a blood test and it showed no benefit to my blood sugar. Maybe I need to use it longer. I will stay on it and see what happens in the future.

I just started using this on Friday and I'm beyond happy! I've struggled with weight my entire life & have usually gained weight back because of cravings, especially for sweets. I've tried many products in conjunction with diet and exercise with limited success. I've been using garcinia cambogia alone for some time in conjunction with following Weight Watchers and trying to get in at least 3 decent exercise sessions each week' GC did/does help some with cravings but not fully. I'd find myself weaking and snacking (mostly on carbs) by night's end. My weight loss with WW has been satisfactory though slow, slower than I'd like. As of Friday evening I noticed I wasn't feeling hungry and had no real cravings. When a 'food idea' popped into my head I was able to move past it. Even better I felt/feel good. All weekend long I was able to eat sensibly but well and even dined out at a BBQ place Saturday and had two drinks. I weighed myself this a.m. and was down 3.4 lbs. from last Thursday!!! Even better my BMI had s***ed downward slightly which means I'm losing fat! I'm so pleased I just ordered another bottle this a.m. Even if nothing else has worked, give this a try. It's highly effective. In fact, I'm going to write another review in 30 days to let everyone know how I'm progressing.

This product arrived on schedule and okay. I like that it is made with all natural ingredients. However, it has not brought my blood sugar down drastically; but then my blood sugar has been very tough to control for some time.

I give it a low rating because of the small sized font so it was difficult to read the ingredients. Also, there wasn't enough cinnamon.

I bought this for my diabetic father. He takes around 30 units of long lasting insulin once a day and this supplement consistently lowers his glucose level by around 30 points. He knows because he ran out for a few days and his sugar was higher without any changes in diet or exercise. So it helped him but it won't be some miracle supplement that cures diabetes.

First off, I wasn't the one taking this supplement, with that said, this is what I saw and what I was told.Bought these for my dad who has Type 2 diabetes. My dad tries to eat healthily, but sometimes, it isn't enough. I saw that my dad had been having problems recently in controlling his sugar and he just wasn't feeling well at all. I saw these supplements as a Lightning Deal one day and after reading the glowing reviews and the natural ingredients in this product, I figured I'd give it a go.A week after taking them, my dad told me that they really helped him and that he was feeling much better. He now takes them on a regular basis and decided to write this review while placing an order for more n_n

It doesn't work for me.Following the instruction of the bottle of taking the supplement twice daily; there is only a few pills left in the original bottle. Yet, my blood sugar is still the same as before taking the supplement. I'm 5'11" and 180, and my fasting measurement is between 110 - 130. I was hoping this supplement would lower my numbers further, but no luck. I don't take any medications and control by diet and exercise only.This supplement may well work for someone else, but not for me perhaps because of my body chemistry is different.I do not recommend this based on my own experience.
