Excellent heavy duty griddle pan
Heavy, excellent quality griddle pan. Easy to use but very careful when placing on my induction hob so as not to scratch. Haven’t braved a dishwasher wash yet as so easy to clean with hot water. Really happy with the purchase.

I was expecting heavy but this requires significant strength to use comfortably. The coating is not non stick by any means. There is a knack to using it- low heat to start and only medium when warm enough to cook. I have a smaller Cousances one which is better- but sooo much more expensive.

Solid + Heavy = Good
Great. Heavy duty, great for steak and kebabs. Stained on first use, but doesnt affect usability. Get some low smoke cooking oil such as avocado oil to go with it when u buy this (fyi olive oil was v smoky!!)

Not conventional enamel finish
Unlike the majority of enamel finished cookware, this black 'matte' grill pan appears exactly like conventional non-enamel cast iron. Neither the outside or grill ridge surfaces are 'shiny' easy-to-clean enamel. You may as well get cheaper, pre-seasoned pan I think. Note that if you do get this and it is not right, you will have to pay expensive postage to return it, it is heavy. Avoid. The red finished pan is conventional enamel and very good. Very disappointed with seller response to this; in my view the description is misleading.

Excellent item
Really well put together cast iron grill pan. Bear in mind this is solid cast iron so can be a bit heavy for some people Make sure you season the pan prior to use and it will last for years
