I bought this to use with my streaming setup and must admit I am really impressed. No noticeable issues with sound quality and also doubles up as a USB Hub :)

Its a good device. Lots of functions. Only 2 issues I have. 1 The main USB ports are on the front and the media buttons are on the rear side. If you want the buttons towards you, the forward and back buttons are reversed. 2 you can't switch off the speakers or headphones. They are both on all the time which can affect the sound

This product has been working intermittently from almost the first time I used it. I didn't need to use it straight the way when purchased but has never worked well from the start. It volume drops out from normal to no sound and sometimes can become distorted therefore I can't say that it is reliable in any way. This is a shame because the unit looks good and has a number of various positives such as the audio port options and amount of additional usb ports available.

great build quality, unit has a rubberised touch, and all buttons click smoothly, dial is solid and the led is a very nice touchsounds awesome, and each eq adds to the musicso you get a single mic in, and a single headphone out, PLUS a combined headphone/mic jack, for headsets that combine the two jacks into 1usb ports also support usb headsets, although this will bypass the units audio and eq.as someone who reguarly spends 2-300 quid on soundcards, this is a surpisesolid, and a must buy, even if its just for a backup solution

this is a very good unit, just plugged it in and I can now hear my PC talk to me, haven't had this for 3 years, just beats the socks off the speakers PC systems, even very good quality ones.

Bought this to use for my PS4 since connecting my headphones directly to my TV produces a lot of white noise. Worked as intended with my PS4 as it greatly reduced white noise but a minor problem I have is that there's still a very subtle "buzz" when there's no sound. Also will get a slight "hiss" when navigating a menu with no background music. Not really a problem and I don't notice it most of the time.The max volume could be a bit better though. For the most part it's more than enough but there are a few games I noticed where max volume isn't loud enough, even when I used a different equalizer option with PS4 volume set to maximum through the UI. Volume output isn't a problem when using it on my PC.Also when I use it on my PC I can't connect anything to the other USB ports as it stops working. Moreover, I constantly have the switch the USB between my PC and PS4 as you you have to connect the device with the internal cable.On the positive side the sound reproduced by these is incredible and miles betters that what I get from my TV. The bass is a lot more stronger and cleaner using this device. I'd say the sound quality is comparable to what I get from my phone (Galaxy S7). I can also use the device the same time on my PS4 while also charging my controller though so it can also work as a USB hub (comes with 3 ports). Furthermore, the device comes with four equalizer options which is great and helped mitigate the low volume problem a bit when it came to a handful of PS4 games.The device could have easily been a 5 stars instead of 4 if the volume was a bit higher and I didn't have to switch between my PS4 and PC. Still great though and I would say this was my best option so far when it came to audio output for my PS4.

Connect usb cable prevents loss and accidental disconnecting.

I bought this hub because it claims to allow analogue microphone input and that it precisely why I bought it.And it precisely does not allow microphone input but I'm too late to return it. The USB functions all seem ok, with decent sound quality, and it is Plug and Play on MacOS, but a fully operational input/output sound card - IT AIN'T.
