Most excellent. It is true that people can hear you well and not loud background noise. Sound is great. I was a little disappointed to find there are models with wideband audio and micro USB ports, but I also hear mixed reviews about the sound and telephony being as good or worse than the original. It sounds like there are mixed reviews about the newer models compared to the original. We'll see what comes about with the brand new b450-xt. Also the b250xt will be half the price. Most minor cons I have found cheap fixes for:Audio: there are apps such as bluetooth music or blue2car (iphone) and BTmono (android) for $1 at app stores that allow you to play narrow band music (clear, but sounds like an old mono radio since the b250xt audio range is limited to voice range, about 20% of audio headphones) or talk shows or whatever from your phone through the parrot b250-xt. I had to fiddle and test it a while to figure out the best arrangement (and there is no voice command while it is running -- the on/off/siri button is disabled unless a call comes in or you shut off the app at the phone.Flashing blue light: QUICKLY press both volume buttons at once to shut off blue light, repeat to turn back on (press for too long and it will disconnect pairing).PC: after normal pairing to PC, have to right-click audio in bottom task bar, go to playback devices and turn off the speakers (May also have to turn off bluetooth on phone ahead of time, not sure)

I originally bought this to deter customers from walking up to me and interrupting me while I was on the phone with another customer. Little did I know of the great purchase I was making.It’s been 4 years and it’s still going on strong. The only thing I need to replace is the microphone cover.Great product.

I like it. I use it when I am combining, running grain cart, and also driving semi. It works good when you are trying to focus on something else where you need two hands. What I really like about it is I can bend the mic either closer or farther from my face. I like head sets that sit on my ear than all the way around my ear so I can take it off faster in an emergency.

Had to send this back. Not sure why it would not connect to my phone the second day. I had this exact product/model before and it lasted for several years (more than 5 years). Sad that I had to return it, but I plan on purchasing another in the future. I liked the fact that you could listen to music as well as talking on it. The old one told me when it powered on, off and searched to connect to my phone. Bought an alternative to this headphone set for now. But I really love the Blue Parrot.

The unit is fine and does what it says. My issue is with the ergonomics. the ear piece is small and sits on top of your ear. While I want it tight on the ear so I can hear, after a little while you start to feel the pressure and it becomes uncomfortable. I tried adjusting it but still have the problem. I also wear a hat all the time and this unit is not hat friendly. A ball cap will work but I do not wear ball caps. Also the coiled power cord is so tight that if you try to stretch it it pulls out of the unit.

This is an excellent item for a driver. I don't stream music, I just use it for phone conversations, so I bought the B250 again. I ruined my other one with sweat and rain, but it still works, just muffled. I can hear perfectly over the racket my ISX 15/550 makes. Plus anyone I'm speaking to says that it sounds like I'm sitting in a chair next to them.

I use this at my town job and farming in the afternoon, so I am around a lot of loud equipment and usually busy doing something with my hands that I can't really free up to hold the phone. After buying this, my only regret is I didn't get one sooner. People say they can't hear the background noise when I'm in the combine or tractors and I can hear them better than what I could with the speaker on my phone. Money well spent.

This is the clearest headset I have ever used. It does require the user to learn the right buttons to push, which is not always intuitive. I created a "cheat sheet" that I carry with me to remind me of the various options. The user manual was "so so", but overall, it's a really great headset.
