So strong, wont let you down.
Absolutely brilliant, fixed my kitchen tap by bonding two small pieces of metal (super glue had failed). 10/10 strength and application.

Super Strong ! It's works 100%
This stuff is amazing, bought several things to fix a cupboard hinge fixing and nothing worked , would have involved buying tools for just one job or a whole stretch of wall cupboard in the kitchen. And this popped up. Absolutely perfect fixed and held the hinge in situ ...life saver and wallet saver. Door has been up and working on the cupboard over a month now and being used several times a day.

Good product
Its a good product but won't cure in this cold weather. You need to put an infrared heater then will cure within 90-120 mins if you get the glue to around 40c. I left it for 24 hours at around 10-8c and didn't cure. I shear in an aluminium panel, worked ok.

Excellent, strong and resistant to temperature
There is an error in the product picture, which contains an incorrect strength figure. I attach the correct photos of the packaging. The same information is verified with J-B Weld web site. Refer to their web site for safety info, the product is reasonably safe. I also include photos of my project with this product – a hinge bonded to Ni-Ti metal of Flexon glasses. The strength figure 5020psi is about a lump of cured epoxy being pulled apart. Its bonding strength is lower, somewhere about 3000psi for steel, 2000psi for aluminium, both degreased and roughened, less for plastics and glass. This means that gluing two parts together, it makes sense to also spread some of this product on the adjacent to the contact area, thus increasing the bonding area. It is not mentioned for this particular product, but similar epoxies bond up to 25% stronger if cured at about 40C rather than room temperature. This epoxy thickens slow, within 4-6 hours, and then gains strength throughout the following 15-24 hours. So, give it time to develop. I would not trust the marketing statement about 550F (288C) temperatures, because it is probably not its Tg (glass transition temp, almost complete loss of "strength"), although who knows! Most epoxies have Tg around 60C-80C. It would be interesting to find out Tg for J-B Weld original! The only negative is its colour - clear epoxies look more tidy. Great product, I used it in the past with great success.

Does not set well in cool temperatures as I found out, but in the house I used some for a quick plastic repair with no issues

Welding for dummies
This epoxy is perfect. I use it to weld pinbacks to enamel pins. It's so sturdy. Even with the expensive shipping to the Netherlands worth every penny.
