Got it as a gift for an enthusiast. He absolutely loved it!

Cool book!

I have this book and just wanted to point out to others that this is not a HOW TO FIX or RESTORE book at all. It will give info about engines, axles, etc. offerred stock, and talk about Scouts performance and how they compared back in their original production time to the others (Bronco, Blazer, Jeep, etc.) It is a great resource to see what was stock, and then compare to what is there on the scout now. The photos are good, but color would have been even better. The specs and performance info is really good, but again, there is nothingh about how to fix anything, or swap anything. Hope this helps.

I enjoy this book, it is very good to read the reviews when the trucks were new. This will not help you to rebuild a Scout, it is more of a history of...

Less information than most of the commercial brochures given away free at the time. Certainly not worth more than 5 dollars.

It took a long time to receive this book. We were really looking forward to getting it, but were disappointed upon receipt. It does provide good pics, but not very much information. That could be because we were looking for a book with information about restoring a Scout not just one to tell us about it. Maybe we just picked the wrong book.

Great compilation book for reference

STILL HAVING PART OF A SCOUT, THEY WERE AWFULL FOR RUST IN CANADA , BIT A GREAT MOTOR AND DRIVE TRAIN , i AM STILL INTERESTED IN PUBLICATIONS TO DO WITH SCOUTS.
