Techni Ice HDR 4 Ply Reusable Ice and Heat Packs for Back and Shoulder Injuries, Keeping Medications Cool, Keeping Food Fresh, and Reducing Power Usage in Refrigerators (100 sheets)

This is simply an awesome product. It works extremely well and is quite economical. I've used ice, dry ice, a similarly configured clear plastic refreeze-able product, and the standard blue refreeze-able plastic "bricks" that are widely used. Techni Ice works way better than all of them except dry ice, and is dramatically cheaper than dry ice. The only downside with Techni Ice is that it's a little slimy at first, but this goes away if you defrost and refreeze it. It also goes away over time. I know many other people who use this product and are very happy with it. In fact my last purchase was for 100 sheets, shared between four different businesses that all work in the same commissary!

Does not sustain the temperature anywhere near as long as the advertised time

Love the ice packs. Hate the slimey feeling they give off. Very good product otherwise. I know someone who also has them and his dont do that anymore . Once the icepack is cured its the best thing going!
