I’ve been playing for 23 years. It sounds amazing and plays great. Came with lighter gauge Fender strings on it, and the action (height of the strings above the fretboard) is good for easy playability. No problems with frets buzzing anywhere, and it holds tune all the way up the fretboard as well. If you’re buying a guitar for the first time, all of these things mean that the manufacturer did a good job of making sure it will be easy to play and sound good without you having to worry about anything but tuning the strings occasionally and learning to play. I just got this guitar so I’d have a less expensive acoustic guitar I could keep in my car, take everywhere, and not worry about something happening to it, so I was less worried about the way it looked, but for buyers who are concerned about that— the finish looked nice when it arrived. I’ve bought plenty guitars, and I can say the box it was shipped in was pretty standard, and it arrived in great condition. I saw some comments about it not being in tune when it arrived. That’s so unrealistic. It comes with a tuner— tune it when you unbox it. It also came with all items listed, but do yourself a favor and get a hard case if you’re carrying it around to lessons or elsewhere. You can find a decent enough hard case for $80.

Well made and very nice looking for the price. Has just about everything you need to get started. I was apprehensive about buying a guitar on-line, but I am very happy with my purchase. If you have never played or, like me, haven't played in decades, this is more than just a beginner's guitar, it is something you will keep. You will need additional instructional material, but they are plentiful, and cheap.

having played on & off for years, It was easy to get it set up.to show how long I've played the tuner that I used to use was a horn tuner,blow into the different opening to tune.I really love the tuner that uses vibrations to show you the accuracy.At my age its way better than my hearing.

This guitar is a good quality guitar! The wood is nice and solid, the sound quality is awesome it's a nice bright sound. This would be a great guitar to start or continue playing with! I would highly recommend this kit to anyone wanting to play. It comes with everything you would need right out the box like a tuner, spare srings, picks, a strap, and a carrying case!! This is a great purchase hands down!

I bought this for my son's birthday. One of the strings broke as he was tuning it. I wasn't happy that the string broke on a brand new guitar, but I contacted the seller and they immediately sent us new strings. Very easy to deal with. It's great to have great customer service!

Contrary to some review comments, all components were included. Did have a 'blob' of corrosion on the #1String. Not sure how it got there. However, it's no big deal. The guitar has an excellent sound and I am very happy with it. -It arrived on a Friday instead of the following Monday. A big plus for me. -Absolutely no shipping wear or damage. Very happy customer; both with the product and the shipping.

We got this for my son who's a teenager and it fits him perfectly and it comes with everything you need for a beginner. We did a lot of searching and shopping and I would say this is worth the price. It's a really nice acoustic guitar.
