Has 16 strains of lactobacillis. Been taking it for many years. Needs no refrigeration. Contains rhamnosis which is a must have according to a nurse I heard on PBS 20 yrs ago. There may be newer info, of course.

*UPDATE: Going to try and refrigerate half the bottle, while keeping the other half in a cool dry place. Will update rating in 60 days if it works.*** This works wonders!! Literally feel my mood is elevated when I take it because it’s regulating my gut health. Once I stop, after a few days of not using, I notice my mood dips and even my energy goes down. HOWEVER…they need to do 30 pills per bottle and lower the cost. The Expiration date and recommended use ONCE OPEN date are different. Exp date only makes sense if it’s not open because The STABILITY LIFE ON THIS IS APPROX. 30-40 days. I lose 20-26 pills each month because once the AIR hits this product, the shelf life stability begins to erode. These pills are clean fully white color when they arrive. After 34 days this last bottle? They’re rotten. Happened the last 4 bottles I purchased. JUST LIKE makeup products have a shelf life stamp (you’ll see a little jar that says 3M - 3 month etc), but no expiration? They need need to reduce these bottles to 30 pills, reduce the price, and update the SHELF LIVE/EXP ONCE OPEN and clarify the stability time.

Super expensive for the amount received. Tried to return it but wasn’t eligible, so Amazon refunded the cost and suggested I keep or give away the product . The pills are small and easily swallowed. I am glad I kept them, they are a decent product and vendor.

I have been gluten-free for seven years but was diagnosed with Celiac just over a year ago. Previously I was careful but wouldn't think twice about cheating if I was at home. I ended up in the ER with severe stomach pain that turned out to be intestinal lesions. Since then I have been way more careful, but I still had a lot of stomach discomfort; bloating, diarrhea and constipation, and gas. I tried other probiotics and fiber, but they either increased my bloating and gas or were super inconvenient.I found these and have been taking them for almost two months. I love that you only need one, how small they are, that they don't require refrigeration, they are extremely convenient to take, and there is no aftertaste (or burp breath). I have them on my desk and take them every morning before breakfast. If I travel they are easy to grab a couple of pills and put them in my pillbox.Changes I've noticed: my gas is totally under control, and I would say less than average. I still have some days where I have mild constipation but I haven't felt the need to take anything and I haven't experienced any discomfort from it. I haven't had a single instance of diarrhea, but do sometimes have soft stool. My bloating is the biggest difference! I couldn't eat without looking pregnant afterward, but now I only see bloating around menstruation. Even that bloating is far less distended than it was before.I would 100% recommend these to anybody with any type of stomach problems. They have been added to my subscribe and save so that I never run out.

This will be my 4th bottle and I do have some stomach issues and taking these pearls do not upset my stomach. Also, I trying to build up to a stronger immune system by taking these pearls to help with my gut, drinking more water and getting better sleep.
