Made some great jam
I bought this for my first time ever making my own jam. I have to say, it worked a treat, and I made some delicious strawberry jam. I didn't need to add any "pectin" as I had read about online, this product, strawberries and a bit of lemon juice did the trick. This would be my go to for future jam making.

Great sugar for Jam. Made both strawberry and port, and blackberry jam, both worked well.

Not bad at all
Good product if a little expensive. However I have started to use it half and half with regular sugar and the jam sets too stiff if not. My first jam was like rubber! Lol
