The seller advertised this product as being 16 oz containers. IT IS NOT 16oz. More like 10 oz. I reached out to the seller and no response. Will not purchase again.

I would say, this containers would be best to use to dry ingredients. They are definitely not leak proof and even a little moisture will come out. But for dry food they are just perfect!

Great soup containers. They look great and held soup with no negative side effects to the containers for 5 plus days. My only issue is they aren’t microwaveable safe.

These are sturdy, great thickness and cost effective, but they definitely do not hold 12 oz. It’s more like 10 oz. So if you are looking for something to transport 8oz of soup, this will be perfect.

Use these for food delivery of soups, chilis etc. to shut ins. Keeps food hot for a couple of hours only. Stores well in fridge too. Sturdy and, although tops fit securely, could probably leak if left tipped over.

I bought this stack before Christmas--and was thrilled to have them over the holidays to stuff with cookies and baking, and at the same time soup/stew/chili for older friends. They are nice and big--so they are generous, recyclable and affordable. I am buying again. Oh...and did I say they are KRAFT... love that.

I volunteer to make soup to give out to the needy each week. These hold up nicely . It nice to have compostible, non plastic option
