Optimum Red

This is a very good product that I have used for years re-building motors. Every new item they introduce is always a quality item. Really good for exhaust gasket sealer especially if you have older pitted exhaust headers.

This stuff is great. You must follow the instructions though. Don’t just apply and go.

I don't a lot of engine rebuilds, I highly recommend this rtv. I've bought plenty and will continue buying this as long as I can. Worth the price.

Great product, but make sure you've worked on your grip strength to get this out of the tube. I actually cut a fairly large application port into the lid and it still took all my strength to get this to come out smoothly. Additionally, the metal tube eventually broke in the process before everything was applied. It makes a fantastic seal though and I feel confident that my oil pan gasket replacement will last for the remaining life of the car.

Used to seal exhaust manifold gasket on tractor. Several months with no leakage. If using on manifolds, just put a thin bead on both sides of gasket, just around the ports. Also used to seal exhaust studs on tractor that penetrated coolant jacket. No coolant leaks.
