She lives the dressing up to look the part as well as doing lots of experiments. I recommend looking up age-appropriate experiments for your kids. Although this comes with a booklet of suggestions, some may be too old/young for your kids.

Bits inside seem ok but box is battered! Doesn’t effect use but looks like it’s had 10 rounds with mike Tyson. This is a gift and looks terrible.Can seller come back to me please as I’d like a new box (not contents)

Birthday present the child love

My 8 year old loves this and joined by his special assistant (5 year old brother) he’s performed lots of experiments with the addition of just a few regular household staples like salt, vinegar, bicarbonate, food colouring etc. The lab coat is a little large on his slim but average height 8 year old frame, so he’ll get plenty more wear out of it.He just loves dressing up with his coat, name tag, glasses (and face masks & gloves which we handily have tons of due to COVID-19)Good quality plastic items and lots included, well worth the money.

Excellent product

Disappointed with this set. Wanted a set for nearly 5 year old who has a keen interest in Science. The equipment is a bit cheap looking, but ok. The manual is rubbish in my opinion. My plan is to add household ingredients to set, allowing her to do some safe experiments. There are a few in the manual, but none are very exciting, examples being discoloured apples, not fogging glass, table tennis wants to dive (?), and candle absorbs water.Will now be looking for another set to add to it, in the hope of inspiring a young mind.I can't comment on coat size as this will be a xmas gift. But i would recommend looking carefully before buying this.
