No, this isn't the world's premiere balsamic. Not at this price. But wow! The vinegar is delicious, thick and absolutely punching above it's price point. If you want to experience a really good balsamic but don't want to pay $100 or more give this a try. You will not be disappointed.When it's empty and you're ready to order more make sure to save the stopper/pour cap just in case the next bottle has had it removed.

Since finding this Ritrovo 6 year Balsamic Vinegar it has been a repeat purchase in my cart. The viscosity is on point, the taste superb, and a little goes a long way. Definitely worth the money.

It has a very pleasant taste and nicely thick. It's perfect with oil & vinegar and making a Caesar salad. Not to mention on tomatoes and other vegetables.

I first used this vinegar while living in Italy and fell in love with it. I was so happy to be able to find it on line. It's a very rich and thick vinegar more on the sweet side, because of this it makes a nice drizzle on puff pastry desserts, but I mostly use it on Salad. Excellent product!

I first bought a bottle of this in Italy. Love it on salads with some good olive oil. When my first bottle was gone - went online to find a place to buy it. Lo and behold Amazon had it. Lucky me!

I like mine best with salads, or even simply with some oil to dip bread in tastes amazing! 10/10
