Does anybody know if I run a splitter to power a dash cam and radar detector?

it depends on the current draw of your dash cam and radar detector in addition to the mirror's current draw and whatever else powers that circuit. Check the value of the fuse for that circuit. If you exceed that amount of current, the fuse will blow.
