Pretty big pills but they do slide down easily. I love the lemon scent, that I'm sure is masking the fish smell, but u only smell the lemon, which is great!

This Omega 3 product was shipped to my mother's Assisted Living residence and it arrived on time. My mom says that she finds these gel caps easy to swallow. The value for the money would be better if each capsule contained a higher dose of Omega 3, instead of having a lower dose than similar products from other companies. We purchased Omega 3 from Maxi Health because they sell only kosher vitamins and supplements, as my mother is strictly kosher. On the plus side, these Maxi Health Omega 3 gel caps are potent and high quality for the price. We are hoping that taking this product will give my mom the results she is hoping for.

I find it easy to take not too hard to digest and it has no bad smell. Will write later to say what it does for my health too soon to tell.

No bad taste or anything like that. Just take it with water like any other capsule.

Nice orange flavor. You need to take 2 a day. Just an fyi, have a cup of water near by. I had a leaky one and it was nasty (it is fish oil after all)
