To be honest, I really wasn't sure on this one, even when it had arrived.Packing is excellent, all laid out nicely, no bent leaves, and curled onto itself like a snake. Just very well packed.Opening up, no funny smells, no errant loose leaves. I did get some green dust, which I suspect is from the cutting of the leaves. No biggie, just be aware if you have children or pets.So, I left it for a week. All snakey coiled up. Decided this morning to either use it or sell it again.I'm delighted! Only used half of it, 6 strands, and it brightens up my kitchen no end. I have a batten that I wanted to hide because you cannot put a blind up due to proximity to the boiler cupboard door, so it seemed a useless gesture. With Venetian blind fitted inside the window, so the batten remained noticeable.With 5 retaining nails popped into the top of the batten, to hold the ivy, I set about hanging my ivy. Really pleased with the result, makes it look so much nicer now.I'm saving the rest to either cover my utility boxes outside or for my shed once I get that done. Heartily recommend.

I bought these for decorating my girls play house and our gazebo. I wrapped the ivy around some lights and I think it has created a perfect effect. The quality is brilliant and looks like real ivy. (See pictures) delivery was on time and I liked this product that much I ordered more.

I needed some ivy to cover pipe work in the bathroom. The real ivy plant wasn't surviving so I decided to replace it with fake ivy. This product is excellent and life like. I didn't need to use all of it because you get so much ivy in the packet and the strands are full and long. Received lots of compliments. Have lots of ivy left over for other uses. Thanks!

We had been looking for such a product, but had seen neighbours' attempts, which were laughably unrealistic. However, we decided to give this a try and are very impressed by its realistic appearance, attention to detail and sturdy nature. The price is a little higher than some of its competitors, but it is obvious that its superior quality justifies it. We have used it to cover a trellis in the garden and found its coverage to be adequate ( we used 3 packs (42 strands) to cover 3 6'x6' panels).

I read the positive reviews on this and went for it.Omg, it’s aweful. I think the people who’ve written the positive reviews have never actually been outside and seen Ivy ?!?It looks NOTHING like it. It’s plasticky stems are wrong and the leaves, well just look at the photos I took with the fake ivy In front of my real outside ivy. Judge for yourself. I packaged it straight back up and returned.RUBBISH.

Having seen some very obviously fake "foliage" I reserved judgement until I opened the pack. Brilliant! I have used it to disguise some ugly copper gas pipes and plastic waste pipes running low along the back of the house and I couldn't be happier with the result. All good reviews fully justified and thanks o those reviewers for pointing me to this product!

Wanted some fake ivy to trail down a tall black metal shelving rack. This product is perfect - the strands are a great length, they are easy to manipulate, you get a good amount for the money (I have 3/4 of the pack left over, which we plan on using in another room), the seller included a bundle of over 50 colour-matching zip ties in the pack, plus a "thank you for your custom" card, which is a nice touch, and the order arrived quickly. Yes, there was a fishy/burning rubber smell when opening the pack, but given that it was unnoticeable within minutes of putting it up, it's not enough for me to give this product anything less than a 5 star review.

I had an ugly blank piece of trellis that resisted any natural growth because of its location. I used two 42-strand packs to cover an area of 3.6 m wide by 1.2 m high. It wasn't enough to densely cover the whole area but It was enough to give us and our neighbours a bit more privacy.I was pleasantly surprised how natural the strands look - even close up. I was considering a similarly-priced matting solution and I think this looks better / less regular.Each pack come with quite a few green tie wraps but I used a staple gun to fix each strand to the trellis. I was concerned that the staples would be too obvious, but they disappear as more and more strands are added. The key to getting a 'natural' look is to just randomly position strands rather than have a 'plan'.The only unknown is how the leaves will fare outside in the weather but at this stage, this was definitely a successful experiment.
