Doesn't Perform As Stated
Replaced the filter in my GRP200 pitcher as the Filter Life Indicator had turned red. Clear2o states in their literature and ads that the pitcher fills up in a about a minute. What a joke! While the original filter that came with the Pitcher did fill up quickly, the replacement TAKES FOREVER. Time to switch to another brand of pitcher. This crap made in China doesn't cut it.

They lost their quality.
The filter allowed the water to go down fast but I thought it was so because it's new. After some use instead of slowing the down flow it was going faster so I recorded the video and put it on Amazon. I believe it's a defective filter. I saw particles coming in the filtered water. Can you see the stream of water coming out unfiltered?

I upgraded from their old model to this. Can't go wrong if the water tastes as good or better......

The first filter worked fine and lasted a long while
The first filter worked fine and lasted a long while. The second filter got to 1/5th of its usage and now the water drips out very slowly, taking about half an hour. When I turn the filter upside down, some water comes out.When it's working fine it fills the jug in no time at all. Don't know why it stopped working, but the faulty filter would take about 20/30 minutes. I have another one, lets see how that works out.

replacement is defective!
Bought a refill together with the original water filter. Switched the refill this week and the water is even faster than the old one! It doesnt work!

the water tastes fine but I'm worried about the smell
Really weird smell coming from the filter after just a couple of weeks of using it (so quite new). It's really off-putting; the water tastes fine but I'm worried about the smell. Will probably switch to a different brand.
