Iron 45 Iron with Vitamin C Soft Chews, Cherry Burst, 90 ct

These are great for menstruating women. It's the only supplement that I can reliably take without any awful side effects like constipation or nausea. Definitely take this after a meal though if you have never tried an iron supplement before just to reduce that risk. It really does taste like a soft cherry Starburst treat :)

The Celebrate 18 mg chewable iron tablet is a very good product. It is hard to find low daily iron tablets (18 mg) like Celebrate. This chewable tab meets all the requirements: low daily dose of 18 mg, chewable, good taste and the addition of a small amount of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) that enhances absorption of iron.

Best iron supplement. The flavor is much better than any other vitamins I’ve tried. It even helps make my multivitamin taste better when I take them together. Compared to other products, it’s worth spending a little extra for something higher quality

This was recommended by my Dr. I am not a Bariatric patient but I do have Crohn's dz. My dz doesn't absorb pills as much so these chewable were highly recommended. Taste super yummy, like candy (now- a later ), and not constipated at ALL. This will be part of my supplements from now on

Was hoping this would be an iron supplement my very picky toddler would like and take, but unfortunately it didn’t pass her taste test either. I tried one first to see if it’d be something my toddler would even give a chance. To my surprise, the taste and texture reminded me of a cherry flavored Starburst candy! I really liked it, but I did notice the aftertaste of the iron (not too strong though). I’m guessing that the small amount of sourness from the flavor and the aftertaste of the iron was what didn’t past the taste test for my daughter. I, personally, would take this over an iron pill if I needed an iron supplement.

I’ve searched and searched for a chew high in iron, easy to get down and effective. This is it!! Easy to chew but I let is dissolve in my mouth. It’s my go to for increasing my iron level!!!

I love these chews they are tasty and easy to chew, not hard or gummy.

Post-gastric bypass, these were an excellent option when my iron was found to be low, and the orange taste is great. So easy to chew.
