Zmodo ZM-SH721-SD 720p Wireless Wireless Home Security Camera, EZ Camera with 16GB SD Card 2 Pack, Motion Detection, Night Vision

UPDATED 4/7/21——I purchased these cameras back in November, 2020. I’ve had several Zmodo cameras over the years and have had no issues, until this purchase.Out of the two I purchased in this haul, one is completely defective. I can connect it just fine, but it just stays on a black screen. I have contacted Zmodo support numerous times and they were able to fix the problem once, but then the camera just turned to black screen again and has not shown any sort of image since. It’s been almost 6 months now of contacting Zmodo customer support, resetting, unplugging, etc. etc., and I still don’t have a working camera. Defeats the purpose of having a security camera if the thing doesn’t actually do what it’s supposed to. Contacting Zmodo for a replacement has been a pain and to no avail! And I have not been able to get in contact with the seller yet, so I’m hoping that maybe they see this review and reach out. I would really like a working camera, please.UPDATE (4/7/21): Both cameras are now black. They just flat out stopped working. I’ve contacted Zmodo support and even they can’t figure it out. To get them to replace the cameras, you have to jump through hoops and pay your own shipping. You would think that customer support and the company that sold me these would be more helpful, but that has not been the case here. Very frustrating that I now have 2 defective cameras (in less than 6 months of use) that I paid good money for.

My cameras doesnt work well, they constantly reset and sometimes they show nothing, just a black display. Ive been restarting them since they were new, like twice a month.

I have the old Zmodo from 2018 and this newer version connects quicker and has a better HD picture and comes with a SD card...what's not to like....??? Stays connected...what going on with the negative reviews...?

Nothing in these cameras work! They do not connect to the internet and when contacted customer support they did not help at all

These camera bring me a peace of mind... got them for my business and they allow me to see what’s going on well I’m not there... you are able to set them as away of home so you are not constantly getting the alerts while I are there...

These cameras are trash. Id give 0 stars if it was an option. Constantly going offline, dont waste your money. Ive reset them and set them back back up countless times only for them to go offline again. I had 2 of the older version and they worked fine, bought more thinking id get same quality but after months of struggling they went in the trash. Save yourself the headache and go with a dif brand.

I have had nothing but problems with these cameras. They keep dropping offline and I have to delete and reinstall to get working again. Useless when they are supposed to be watching a second house I’m not at. Now I can’t even get them to reinstall

Had a friend recommend cameras. Very disappointed. They connect to my internet and work for a couple of hours and then go offline. Thought it was my internet. Upgraded to Att fiber and still having same issue. Have to reinstall every other day. Would not recommend.
