This is by far the best mask/pipe I have used. It cleans easily and dries quickly for next use. It holds multiple vials of fluid without leaking. Tube is flexible without sharp edges. I just ordered 2 more, so it’s my favorite.It will be yours too.

In my 22 years of being an asthmatic, I never seen a nebulizer head that looked like this. Even when I ordered it, the physics behind it didn’t seem right like, how are you suppose to breathe into it without a second ventilation hole? Upon using it, it seems you have to breathe in through the mouth and out through the nose, which is something that’s never usually necessary, because exhaling into it will cause it to spit Albuterol out from the reservoir. I’ve never had to use a nebulizer component so different… it works and all, just be prepared for a change if you’re use to the old school model mouth piece.

The struggle with this isn't quality it's design. The blue adapter is great with the handle however it pulls apart VERY easily. Which leads to waste of valuable Albuterol. My 6 year old granddaughter is will versed with nebulizer and she struggles with it falling apart regularly. They need to make it fit better it have a twist lock so this can be avoided. Otherwise it's good quality and does the job well. That little handle is perfect for little hands too!
